This is my third visit to this hidden gem, and it keeps getting better! The family who owns the primary villa's ground floor cannot do enough to make your stay welcoming and comfortable, and the gardens and pool area have been lovelyly renovated. Although it is not a five-star hotel, the hosts' warmth and assistance make it a five-star stay in my opinion. Large Pebble Beach, with its countless cafe-style eateries, is only a short walk down a hill. I savored Ada restaurant, where I enjoyed the most delicious sea bream in the world. Kas town is either a short taxi ride away or a lengthy walk if you can handle the hilly terrain. The villa itself is breathtaking and worthwhile viewing, even if it is just to watch the spectacular sunsets. Individual visitors, as well as others, can rest assured they will have every aid they need to navigate this lovely nation and its language. The owners are pleased to arrange boat rides, car rental, drivers, and other excursions to make your stay a truly wonderful experience. It is excellent value for money in a part of the world that is getting more expensive as the word spreads what a wonderful location it is to have a peaceful vacation!.

I highly recommend staying at Villa Dunbar! Great hosts order and anna will receive you as the best there are all conveniences hot water, and all necessary equipment. The apartment is very clean and tidy also own garden, pool, and amazing sea view are nice bonuses.

The view over the bay is beautiful. I went with my two adult children and wife and both had their own rooms. The pool and baby to use is essentially a new build in their garden but more than happy to share. A short drive into town so peaceful at night.

We will return! I just returned from an incredibly relaxing and unwinding visit to Villa Dunbar, which is located low on a hillside in a quiet Turkish residential area 20 minutes downhill to Pebble Beach with its authentic Turkish restaurants and cafes A 20-minute taxi ride back if you can't handle the uphill climb back and a 25-minute taxi ride into Kas town. Simple but beautifully cleaned rooms with kitchen amenities 2 jobs, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, access to washing machine etc., to, aircorn, and free wifi. An incredibly clean pool with an incredible panorama! Fantastic sunsets every evening, and the family who owns it and lives there are just so nice and accommodating to your needs. They also have a tourism office in Kas, where you can spend a wonderful day out with lunch to the historic sunken city of Kekova while swimming and snorkeling off their magnificent boat, among other things. The boat's facilities are excellent, with three toilets and a separate changing cubicle. Or go on a lifetime-long adventure on one of their sailing yachts. One never anticipates what to anticipate when lodging, but my friend and I, both females in our party, truly thought we had discovered a hidden treasure! This villa has my highest recommendation, and I can't wait to return one day. There is undoubtedly no nicer location in Kas than the Order Villa! The family, who manages the villa we stayed in, is an expert in the area, including coordinating the most incredible day boat excursions that you must do. They have approximately 5 vacation rentals around the communal outdoorpool area with the most stunning ocean view for your enjoyment. We loved the location, which was a 2-minute drive from a fantastic beach, 5-minute drive from storesmarkets, and 10-minute drive into Kas itself. We enjoyed being a little farther out of the main town because it was so peaceful and relaxing in the evenings. The bungalow where we stayed has excellent amenities like air conditioning, a washer, a full kitchen, a covered off-street parking area, a charming patio and garden, and comfortable mattresses. It was a bit small for us, but since we were a family of four and had two children, it was enough for us and our kids loved sleeping in the cute upstairs area. Please keep in mind that not all of the upper floors are banisters, so you must watch young children. And most importantly, it is very clean and well-kept, and the hosts are incredibly nice and accommodating. Finally, I cannot stress enough how wonderful the entire day boat ride with captain order is a full 9 hours of
