This property is less than 5 minute walk to the beach. It has a kitchen that has almost all essentials that you may need to cook a meal. Grocery store is 5 minute drive. They stock the room with plenty of beach towels, towels, and supplies so that you don’t need to keep calling for housekeeping. They also have portable beach chair (if you go to different beach) umbrella, and beach chair by the grace bay (they provide chair card). They also have a laundry washer & dryer in the unit-just make sure you bring your detergent and/or buy if you plan on doing laundry. Stand up shower which is convenient and easy to shower the kids. Property management was very kind, gives you suggestions and advice around the island as well. They also provide tour suggestions if needed. Best of all, the BREAKFAST! The pastry is so fresh. Coffee is great too. Overall, we LOVED our stay here and we will be back when we come back to Turks & Caicos next time.

10/10 recommend this hidden gem! It’s just a couple minute walk to the beach and close proximity to everything you need! More than enough walkable restaurants, shopping for souvenirs and a grocery store. The management are friendly and readily available with coffee and croissants every morning. We traveled with our 7 year old daughter and felt completely safe walking around for meals. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Great location with a perfect price point! We already can’t wait to come back next year.

Excellent place to stay for an adorable price! Villas are fully equipped with air conditioning 5 min or less walk to the beautiful Grace bay beach ! The villas have two beach chairs with two beach umbrellas in case you need them! However, Grace Bay provides beach chair vouchers to provide the the men on the beach to rent for free for the day ! Only down fall is they take them away at 5pm ! So bring those extra beach chairs from the villa to enjoy the sunset We did have a hard time getting in contact with the reception during the weekend for a few odd end requests but we were are to manage Our Villia was not wiped down or clean for the week we where there which was disappointing If the Villa had its own mop and broom no problem I would have done it myself ! Very convenient to have the washer and dryer on the villa to do the towels. The onsite pool is a decent size but gets dirty quickly from all the leaves falling due the trees surrounding it The Bbq was off to the side but would be nice if there was a path to get to it versus waking through all the grass. Just to note the main grocery store is at least a good 15-20 min walk. The taxis charge u $6 a person to go anywhere and maybe more depending on where you are going Otherwise, would highly recommend

This was the perfect location for me on my recent trip to Turks and Caicos. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Jane, who was super warm and friendly. Check-in was a breeze, and my condo was spacious, very comfortable and clean, with everything you might need, including blow dryer, cooking utensils, iron, beach towels, and washer and dryer. I LOVE having a washer and dryer when I'm on vacation, so this was a major plus for me. My bed was very comfortable, my room felt very secure, and I never had any problems with noise from other units. I stayed in an upper unit, with my balcony facing towards the water. You will not have a view of the sea, but there are lovely palm trees and a pool below the balcony. It is small but well-maintained, and has lots of cute little lizards running around. There is a LOT of construction going on in this area, so you will also have a view of buildings in progress. This was not a problem for me, I never heard any construction noise, and it did not detract from my trip at all. My balcony was clean, had nice chairs, and was quiet and comfortable. The property is nicely landscaped, there is plenty of free parking, and is a cute little gem tucked into the Grace Bay area. I would return!

The Inn at Grace Bay is a beautiful place with beautiful landscaping, great pool, very clean, relaxing & quiet, secluded private patio, a short walk to the gorgeous Grace Bay beach that stretches forever, a short walk to many shopping plazas and restaurants and grocery store close by. The condo was great with many amenities such as beach towels and beach chairs and also access to beach loungers. The bedroom was roomy even with a king bed. Plenty of storage. The kitchen was equipped with everything anyone could need! A plus was that fresh locally baked croissants and coffee were served every morning by the pool! The Manager, Ariel is very friendly and helpful. We loved the tour he recommended and booked for us.

A fabulous stay only blocks from the beach. Condo was clean and offered plenty of beach towels and a comfy bed. We saved a good deal of money bringing in our food and cooking meals at the condo. While breakfast is not offered, every morning from 8-9am at the pool, Ariel supplied coffee and French croissants. Would certainly stay here again!

The place was simply perfect. It’s in a great location, surrounded by many restaurants and shops, and the beach is just five minutes away. The service was very good, and the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. Everything was very clean, which made the experience even better. I loved it and would definitely come back.

The size of the condo is decent. It has kitchen, washer and dryer for laundry. The host offered continental breakfast (croissants and coffee), nice addition to food we prepared in the suite. Property manager Ariel was amazing. He helped us with arranging taxi rides and booking excursion tours. The property is located close to the beach, shops and grocery.

Beach view is obstructed, but it is literally 2 mins walk from Inn. Overall ambience of room is very homely. Nice kitchen with all appliances. We will visit them again. Ariel and his team are super helpful and friendly.

The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and communication with the host/property management was clear and timely. Overall, I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and I would consider staying here again in the future. Ariel was so helpful for everything.
