I ended up staying at the Greguar Hotel, where the key pick-up location was. The room had everything you need - a comfortable bed, a mini kitchen, a normal hotel bathroom, and a washing machine - good for long and short term stays. Very friendly staff and good internet. The hotel is a block from the metro and very near the main train station and main bus station - a quick taxi ride away.

It seems to be in and apartment building and the people are nice. It is a little walk to the City Center, but a subway station a block away.

Great location, very clean and comfortable apartments, great attention from the host and administrator. Somehow difficult to locate but the host gives you a detailed explanation on how to get there so you don't get lost. Overall great experience with this property.

Incredible value for money. We (2 people) were surprised to find a spacious apartment with 2 double beds and a couch for less than $40. Great location, but required a few minutes of uphill walking.

with a close 5 minute walk to independence square, it is very convenient. the staff is very helpful. rooms are very modern and clean. it is not rated higher right now because old ratings were before they modernised the rooms. Most importantly, it's highly secure.
