The cleaning fees mentioned in the price breakdown cover only the check out cleaning. For any additional in-stay cleaning, please reach out to us for prices and bookings.

The host may be contacted for property-related issues via phone call between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. every day.

Please ensure that your building access card and parking access card are kept secure at all times during your stay. Kindly note that a replacement fee of AED 500 will apply in the event of a lost access card.

Kindly be informed that our representative will be delighted to welcome you at the property to assist with your check-in. Please note that a late check-in fee of AED 175 will apply for arrivals after 20:00, payable at the time of check-in.

NON SMOKING APARTMENT- Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony or in the private open garden area. Any smoking inside the apartment will result in penalties and deep cleaning charges of up to AED 700.

We kindly request that you present a valid credit card upon check-in. A refundable security deposit of AED 1,500 will be pre-authorized on your card at that time. Should you not have a credit card, the deposit may be provided in cash. Please note that debit cards are not accepted for security deposits. The deposit will be released at check-out, provided the property is returned in good condition and without damages.
