Invest in sparkle tower apartment. I highly recommend it. This is a very good value and location. The apartment is spacious and clean with a terrace that allows you to enjoy a drink and watch the yachts and boats. The beach is also close by.

I enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was also in good condition, I felt at ease and felt like at home. I had a great time with my family. But I didn't like that I had to leave the apartment because of the couid pandemic 19. I had to look for another place to stay.

Again, I like to work with Pelican Stay. They give me a very nice apartment for a reasonable price. All the employees are amazing and respectful. Thanks again and I'm sure I'll never deal with another company because nobody beats Pelican Stay.

A very kind and helpful agent ambush. Great location, close to the tram, metro, shop, and exchange. The apartment is very spacious. Good internet, nice view of the marina. very quiet. Good air conditioning. The apartment has everything you need, the plumbing is good, the view from the balcony of the Dubai marina, and the parking of yachts. The location is beautiful, the beach and the walking area of Dubai Marina are both within walking distance. Upon arrival there were no problems, ambush met us, fast wifi. Communication with the host about all issues by whatsapp is very convenient.
