Please provide your estimated arrival time, a valid Passport or Emirates ID of all guests at least 24hour prior to check in.
For same day booking & arrival (and even though check in is normally from 3pm), please note we will still require 4 hours’ notice to arrive at the property from the moment we receive all required info.
A valid Passport or Emirates Id of all guests must be provided prior to check in and will be verified upon check in. This is a legal requirement, failure to comply will result in not being able to check-in.
Failing to provide such information 24h prior to your arrival will result in scheduling check in time based on our agents’ planning which requires 4 hours’ notice.
