Excellent hotel with excellent rooms, facilities, and service. Lovely pool selection. Very nice halfboard food. Staff very friendly and attentive. We were there with my daughter, soninlaw, young family. Child care facilities are excellent and the flat they had was very good. The next time we come, we may look at the drinks package more closely as alcohol and drinks in Dubai are expensive.

The location is beautiful, right on the beach. The food was very good. Special thanks to denis for making this trip extra special with his thoughtfulness and eye for detail! We had a great stay here! It was incredibly memorable for us, and when the staff learned, we were upgraded to an amazing suite with our own patio overlooking the sea, oversized bathtub, lots of space, breakfast buffet, etc.

I was impressed by the staffs friendliness and willingness to assist. If you need it, golf cars will drive you around the hotel. The apartment i stayed in was spacious and had a great view of the Persian Gulf. There were too many options for breakfast. Healthy choices, sweets for those who want, and dozens of breads with fresh fruits are all available. Try the rock melon, please.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and it was the best experience we could have hoped for. The staff were amazing and catered to all your needs, very clean and well maintained. Perfect location just a short drive into town and the most beautiful beach in ylur right outside your door. There is only one downside built in surround sound in all rooms only half worked. When we told the staff they immediately sent i. T technicians and an engineer to solve the problem unfortunately only part of it has been resolved but this has not affected our stay at all. Me and my wife are eager to come back again, thank you so much.

This week was a very relaxing week, with delicious food and attentive service. We had lounge access, and the staff were excellent they quickly remembered our room number and favorite drinks at various times of the day. Since we have been to the hotel before, we wanted to go back but this time we upgraded our accommodation and had half board. It was well worth the extra money, so we will do it again. The restaurants are firstrate, especially moana. I highly recommend upgrading to id suite for more space and balcony.

The hotel boasts exceptional amenities and service. Our housekeeping staff, named alvin, was exceptional and consistently went above and beyond the call of duty. Without a doubt, i would choose to stay here again. We chose the halfboard option, which proved to be quite economical because we were in rented suites and had free afternoon tea and happy hour every day for two hours. Additionally, it may have featured onsite lounge facilities for breakfast. Excellent work.

We will return. The hotel was excellent in every way, and the personnel were courteous, professional, amiable, etc. Maui was one of the restaurants that offered an incredible selection of cuisine from the middle east, with the staff being incredibly attentive and offering you the best menu. Best wishes to all the employees and you.

We had a warm and welcoming experience. Our young child thoroughly enjoyed it. The entire staff has been incredibly kind and accommodating. We look forward to returning when time permits. I will definitely suggest it to my friends! The receptionists named saida and lakpa were amiable and supportive in every way they could.

We were greeted with the most sincere and welcoming smiles from Said from the moment we arrived. Su then assisted in getting our room ready on time because we had arrived quite early than checkin time. Rio was fantastic as he drove us to our apartment in the buggy. My kids felt right at home because of the kindness extended by these employees. I want to thank everyone who worked there, you all were amazing. Our apartment was perfectly suited for our familys needs! The kids couldnt get enough of both the pool and the beach. When my 13yearold son was always safely led back to his apartment, i enjoyed the football games on the shore. The cuisine was excellent! Absolutely! Would we come back? Without a doubt!.

The hotel is spacious and has plenty of room for children. The pool area is not great, and the beach area - very poor. Housekeeping isnt good (some items left by previous guests in the room. However, some staff members are great! Rio, the porter, was very nice and helpful, while the concierge desk also does a great job and helps us with everything.

We had a wonderful dining experience at moana. The ambiance was inviting and comfortable, setting the tone for an exciting meal. Service was attentive and friendly, with staff members especially tamsin going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction throughout the evening. Food is delicious as expected, full of flavor and beautifully presented. Highly recommended!.

From the moment we arrived, from being taken back by the beauty of his resort to receiving a warm greeting from all the wonderful staff, we knew this resort would become our forever resort for Dubai. It made our vacation so special that we have never felt happier with our surroundings. The staff couldnt do enough for you and they were all so amazing with my friends egg allergy, taking the initiative to make all of her food fresh and separate with no fuss. I felt very at ease and so relaxed while we were here. Rooms and resort were just stunning. So serene and the atmosphere was just so relaxing. Smiles everywhere with hugs from the staff and guests. Jowali in particular stood out to us because he is just such eagle of sunshine, the happiness just spreads. Thank you so much, sofitel the palm, well be back next year.
