This property was amazing. Friendly staff that was able to accommodate our early check in and late check out Very convenient to the subway and buses The ac worked great for our 4th floor apartment. It was a walk up but they helped with the luggage so it was fine. Many nearby restaurants including one attached to the hotel that was nice and convenient.

La habitación estaba limpia, el lugar estaba bastante bien ubicado y el servicio muy atento. Sin duda un buen lugar para salir a explorar la ciudad.

Great location. Close to a station and Hyde Park. No groceries near by. But fun to eat out,

Fantastic flat for our family! Location is perfect for both Heathrow and anywhere in the city of London. Picked up the key from Hotel Indigo where all the staff are brilliant. They sorted out anything we needed. Brwakfast at Bella Italia two doors down is a must. We Will most definitely be back!

Very convenient location with just a few minutes walk from Paddington Station. Lots of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Friendly and helpful staff. Full kitchen with complimentary soft drinks in the fridge. Just a reminder that there is no lift.

Handy to transport. Quiet. Liked that there was a washing machine. Enjoyed having a bit more space than a hotel room The only drawback… stairs

Perfekt beliggenhet, sentralt men likevel en rolig gate. Få minutters gange til undergrunnen og buss. Lys leilighet, godt renhold. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

I stayed at 12 London Street Apartments last week and had an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in and any queries effortless. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to transport, shops, and restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The full kitchen was a huge plus for preparing meals, and the air conditioning made the stay very comfortable. Great value for money compared to other options in the area. Other highlights: strong Wi-Fi, modern décor, and a quiet atmosphere despite being so central. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting London—ideal for both short and extended stays.

Apartment was great for me and my 2 kids (19 & 15). Pros: -Location to Paddinton station (across the street) -Good Kitchen (small fridge, stove, microwave, sink) -Dining Table w/4 chairs -Washing machine (laundry) -3 beds (1 Double, 1 twin, 1 trundle) -small couch, 2 tv's -Grocery stores nearby & Kensington Park is walkable distance -GREAT Air Conditioning!! -Very nice staff!! (especially Shah at the front desk) Cons: -Kitchen did not have cooking pans, soup bowls, limited eating utensils, no cooking utensils (I ended up purchasing at Argos nearby) - Flat #4 is only accessible by stairs Overall, our stay was great. I would recommend it to families. It was really nice for getting around since it was across from Paddinton Station. There are several restaurants (Italian, Lebanese, British, Steakhouse, Mcdonald's, coffee shops).

Es un lugar muy agradable, no nos importó que no tuviera elevador pese a estar en el 4 piso, realmente vale la pena. Muy recomendable!

The front desk staff were wonderful. We stayed in one of the Flats/Apartment next to hotel. There was plenty of room for all four of us. A nice small, but functional kitchen with refrigerator and appliances for cooking and a washing machine that came in very handy. The beds were comfortable, two bathrooms, and just a couple minutes walk to Paddington Station. So it was so easy to connect to transportation to get around. The only negative was the Flat needed a few minor repairs to flooring, and some non-slip material for bathtub/shower. It was a nice tub, but very slippery to get in or out, or even just to just stand while showering. Overall, a very good stay. And we would enjoy staying again.

These flats are so central, literally just outside of Paddington Station. They are spacious and the amenities are all in good working condition. The staff at the Mercure Hyde Park Hotel are all so friendly and helpful. The price is also very reasonable.
