My experience at the clarendon was truly delightful. I am from new york and had only visited the city once when i was younger. When i discovered that i needed an apartment quickly that was within a certain price range, in a certain area, and was furnished, i felt that the task might be impossible, but then i found clarendon online and they were amazing! The reservation staff responded quickly to my questions and found me everything i needed. The apartment is fantastic, and the management is amazing. I couldnt have found anything better. The experience was quick and easy, and their team was a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone like me moving into london looking for housing. The internet was amazing. I didnt expect such fast wifi.

I had a great experience here over the last two months! I stayed with them at their canary wharf location last year. Thats why i went back with them. Close to the subway stops tower hill and aldagate. Great location! We were walking distance to some restaurants, including la pietra in italy, hal in turkish, and cafe spice in india. Very good quality and comfort, everything worked perfectly, so im not sure about any other complaints. Our room was perfectly isolated from the outside noise. Fantastic reservation staff service. Always cheerful and helpful throughout the stay. I used a company discount and forgot the necessary paperwork. No worries, they promised to solve it. My friend, mark t., accidentally took a taxi to another building across the street and they helped him on the phone to find our reservation here and help him come home safely. Large room with a great kitchen, im not sure about the rumbling noise problem i read in another review. Definitely useful for storing food, using wine glasses, etc. My favorite was the bed set, the great location of the building, and the free welcome package with fruits. I wish i could have taken advantage of the nice area and close entertainment hubs but my body refused to get up after long hours of work. Will definitely stay here again when i visit london with colleagues.

The location is good, just a 5minute walk to aldagate and tower hill tube station and not so far from shoreditch. The beds are comfortable.

Temperature of shower water goes up and down. There is Drainage problem for in bath sink. Tried to contact Dre times no one answered. Our flat is facing street very noisy can’t sleep well. Apart from that everything else was ok.

Elevator broke the day before my check out so I had to carry all my bags down. YV only got “streamed “ videos. Not regular channels. Lots of lights out. Quike verbal responses to complaints but slow to get maintenance onsite.

El apartamento está bien pero la temperatura muy frío, la cama es una nevera, las ventanas no son muy buenas, dejan pasar el frío y el ruido. Si haces cuatro tostadas en el tostador del apartamento salta la alarma de fuego que es insoportable. La ubicación es muy buena.

Hébergement spacieux mais espace très mal optimisé, salle de bain petite sans étagère pour les affaires de toilette, pas de dérouleur de papier toilette, ni de papier toilette fourni, pas de porte-serviette. Appartement très sale avec des bourres de poussière, des cheveux sur le sol, des tapis tachés... Nous avons dû contacter le responsable qui a envoyé une employée qui a constaté la saleté. Le ménage a été refait mais guère mieux après. Quartier et voisinage bruyants.

今まで数多くの旅行をしてきましたが、その中で最も最低な宿でした。ホテルの部屋内の電気は壊れてつかない、有料のベビーチェアは壊れている、ゴミは落ちている、洗濯機も壊れて使えない、食洗機は錆びついて汚い。洗面所に先客の使用済み汚れたタオルが放置されている。また、部屋代とは別に、施設使用料を4万円以上請求されますが、施設そのものにジムも食堂も駐車場もありませんので、何にそんな高額な料金を請求しているのか不明。且つ、当方滞在時はエレベーターも故障しており、何度も連絡したが、修理されたのは最終日になってからてました。
