The room was very clean and the property was very well maintained. There is no front desk, but staff was available via phone and were friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping came to service the room daily. The hotel was only about a 10 min uber ride from the heart of the city. 10/10 would stay again.

Excellent, beautiful space - we had the Salamander room. Check in easy. Half a block from Edinburgh tram, 15 minutes to city. Lots of interesting cafes/dining. Lively part of Edinburgh.

Everything from the automated locker storage, to the customer support, decor and little teas in the room was so well thought of. I will definitely be referring this place to everyone. Location was already great and very easy to get to from city centre.

Will definitely come back if back in the city. Located in a quiet neighbourhood but close by public transport. I’ve worked in five stars hotels and professionally inspected rooms so I say that the housekeeping is immaculate.

Well appointed townhouse. At the far bottom end of Leith Street which made it quiet and restful. Still very walkable to most things and tram stop is very close by.

The room was really really clean and it was beautifully curated! I booked for a night here to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and it was definitely the right decision! We were also upgraded to the Wellington, which was very very kind of the owner/manager!

Fakat çalışmıyordu. Telefonla iletişim kurup yardımcı olmalarını istedik. bagajlarımızı odaya aldılar. Tek olumsuzluğu buydu bizim için.

Room was small but well equipped and had lovely extras like water, tea, coffee, biscuits. Room was a self check in so we never saw any staff. Room was serviced daily. Bed was extremely comfortable and location was good, not right in the heart of Edinburgh but a short taxi or bus ride away.

Convenient for public transport and the centre of Edinburgh. Room (Victoria) is well equipped, clean and a good size. Didn’t see any staff - not a problem, but still a bit unusual for me at least.

Excellent location in the Heart of Leith. Loads of great food and drinks within a few minute walk. Just far enough away from the tourist areas. The room and building is amazing and well kept.

Stayed in the Queen Charlotte room. Very clean and modernized place to stay. Probably the best shower in a hotel/b&b ever. Large bathroom with counter space for toiletries. Large soft towels. The room has dishes and glasses, silverware, coffee and tea, and a mini fridge. It was very comfortable. When we come back to Edinburgh, will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone.

Solo stay in Edinburgh whilst family stayed elsewhere. This is an absolute find. Modern, stylish and so comfortable. Check in etc was perfect, and it’s located so close to the tram stop. Would definitely stay again.

Low rating for staff because there is none. However, all the rest was fabulous. Comfortable bed and pillows, quality duvet, amazing design and decor. There’s also a cabinet on the upper floor to get additional amenities if need be. Would go back!

Excellent value for money. Townhouse is across Leith park and easily accessible via the Tram from the train station or a short taxi ride. I definitely recommend.
