Although the apartment is spacious, it was enough for us. Although the area is convenient, it didn't appeal to us. There were a few abandoned homes and a few undesirable individuals within the home. Everything we required was provided, and everything was spotless and clean. Simple, but ideal for a quick visit near the north bay!.

The cleanliness is very good and the apartment is quite nice. The parking area is very convenient. The picture I saw of the cricket ground is very impressive. The beach is just a short walk away.

We really appreciate the service, and we will return and give you a recommendation to anyone thinking of visiting Scarborough. This appears to be the first evaluation of this location, and I hope it inspires people to make reservations because it is a hidden gem that makes a fantastic starting point for a family or group to tour Scarborough. The apartment was large, comfortable, and spotless, with a sitting room, kitchen, big bedroom, and a lovely shower! Everyone should stay here. However, Del and Sarah provided excellent service as well. We had to leave another hotel. Although I will not spoil this evaluation with details, please check out my other Scarborough reviews first. And Sarah was lovely and came to our aid at the last minute. In addition, Del took my boyfriend and our son from that hotel and took us to the 45th Square. It was a lovely addition, and we were immensely thankful to them both for going above and beyond when we had nowhere to stay.

The apartments are in the ideal spot because both the north and the south shores are within walking distance. We stayed in apartment 3, which has a fantastic view of the cricket field. Checkin was simple and there were clear instructions on where to locate the key and parking permit. I had no trouble parking for the entire stay. We were a party of 2 adults and a child, and while the apartment is promoted as sleeping up to 5, we felt it would be crowded for more than 3. Apartment 3 is simple and has no frills, but the main issue for us was cleanliness. A thorough cleansing and freshening is not enough. The paintwork on the doors and skirting boards is dirty and needs to be cleaned, as is the chrome door handle, sockets, and switches. There were traces of food on the floor, the microwave obviously has not been moved to wipe under it for some time and there is grime on the kettle lid. We had to wash everything thoroughly before use because the cabinet smelled musty and the shelves were slick. The trap under the shower plug hole has not been cleaned in a long time and the freezer is ineffective and needs defrosting, but the frozen food we placed there quickly defrosted. None of the outlets in the room was clean, and the drain in the kitchen was stained. The bathroom plug was broken, and the sink plug was starting to rust. The wifi
