Excellent location, staff and sleep. Only issue was, being a big fella, the shower was a little cramped.

We had a very comfortable night here. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and had what we needed. Parking on-site. About 10 minutes walk into town for plenty of dining choices. Our hosts were lovely and welcoming.

We stayed here for 1 night and it did the trick. Nothing fancy, smaller room but very clean and updated. Perfect for one night. The owner was helpful and friendly upon arrival and check out. Close to town to walk around and many restaurants nearby too.

Ben View was great. It is perfect for those that one to explore the area or those starting or finishing the West Highland Way. Its location is great, near the train station, restaurants, supermarket and start/end WHW. The breakfast was outstanding. The service was excellent. We definitely recommend this guest house. Love it!

This place is a real gem. To actually engage with the owners and family at check in was brilliant. Shops, sites etc very close with Di (owner) more than willing to assist in any way possible. Something that AI and contactless properties wish to avoid. Great place a recommend.

Had a fantastic stay at Ben View Guest House. The rooms were clean, comfortable and in a great location, with a really welcoming atmosphere throughout. A special mention to Dio, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish — friendly, helpful and genuinely went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble, and his hospitality really made the experience stand out. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Lovely guest house in a great location in Fort William. Only a 5 minute walk to the train station and to the high street of Fort William. The room was very nice, the bed was extremely comfortable and everything was clean and bright. My room had a great view of Ben Nevis which was really nice.

It was a safe place to stay the night on our way to the Isle of Mull. It was not updated but clean. Lots of stairs which was typical. The staff on site was very helpful.
