1. Smoking is strictly forbidden. If smoking is found to have happened inside the property, due to
smell, ash or cigarette, the guest will be charged £150.00
2. No parties are allowed, this is a residential development.
If a party is found to be happening, the guest will be asked to leave immediately.
3. Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am. We want you to enjoy your stay but
please show respect for your neighbours and realise that this is somebody’s apartment, treat it as
you would your own. Any reports of aggressive, rowdy or abusive behaviour will result in
appropriate action taking place.
4. If stays are longer than 7 nights, a mid stay clean will be arranged and we must have access to do
a mid-week clean, these are designed for your comfort and ours.
5. Complimentary items:
These are provided as a back up for you, and include washing up liquid, washing tablets, cleaning
cloths, tea and coffee making facilities and a toilet roll per bathroom. These are designed for short
term stays and are only replaced after each clean.
6. Disposal of nappies.
Please ensure if you have a child staying within the property who is relying on nappies, please
ensure these are placed in the bin provided in the kitchen which will need to be emptied when you
are checking out, the general waste bins can be located at the rear of the building within the small
car park area.
7. The Windows In The Property
Please note when opening the windows in the property, you will notice they only open to a certain
point. This is due to a safety feature on the windows and hinges. The windows are not to be forced
past this point as it can damage the hinges and cause them to bend, if this happens the cost for
repairing them would fall on the guests.
