From Euston station we got off at Mornington Crescent underground station and collected the keys from the convenience store/pick up on the way past (5-ish min walk from there to the flat) rather than walk back from Camden. Good sized one bed apartment with decent living room and small kitchen, well furnished to a simple budget. Large comfortable bed with good bedding and 4 pillows. Bathroom had towels, decent soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Kitchen equipment is adequate for 4 though not really equipped to cook a decent meal. (No spatula, wooden spoon etc. The hob is old, the knob settings are worn off and it takes ages to warm up). There is a coffee pod machine with 6 pods. Because of the siting of the smoke alarm in the kitchen, using the toaster set it off twice. We just moved the toaster further away. Basics were provided as part of the Globe standard Package: Tea, coffee, sugar, OJ, mineral water, milk, sweet biscuits, and popcorn. (No oils, salt/pepper, condiments etc). There was quite a strong smell on entering the apartment (maybe cigarette smoke but not really sure??) which wasn’t as bad if the windows were opened. The apartment is on a quiet road very close to all required amenities. We would definitely stay here again (If you prefer a more indulgent welcome, consider the Luxury Welcome Pack: £80.00 – Includes the standard pack, plus bread, butter, jam, cheese, eggs, croissants, bacon, mini cheeses, crackers, yoghurt, and a bottle of wine.)

Great location in Camden Town with very convenient transportation — only a few minutes’ walk to the Underground station. There are plenty of shops nearby including Whole Foods, Longdan Asian supermarket, and an affordable ALDI with fresh produce. Many restaurants, cafés, and takeaway options are within walking distance, making it very easy for both short and longer stays. The apartment itself appears to be newly renovated, very bright, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The area is surprisingly quiet at night, so sleeping was very peaceful. The kitchen is well equipped and even includes a washer-dryer combo machine. Small thoughtful details like umbrellas stored in the cabinet were appreciated. Check-in was the only challenging part. Globeapt staff were actually very helpful and responsive once contacted, and communication through WhatsApp was convenient throughout the stay. However, the Hotels.com app seemed to block or hide the host’s contact information/messages before arrival, so I could not receive the instructions for locating the key and entering the building. I eventually found the Globeapt management contact information posted on the wall near the building entrance and borrowed a phone from a nearby café to reach them. After that, everything went smoothly. Future guests should make sure they have a way to contact Globeapt directly before arrival. One thing to note: although this is listed as a one-bedroom apartment, it only has one king-size bed. It is best suited
