Guests WILL experience highlevels of noise during their stay.Most apartments are fitted with a sani-flow macerator pump in the shower rooms and kitchens,you will experience a noise when the toilet is flushed and water is running.A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The property charges this as a pre-authorisation 3days before arrival. This will be collected by credit or debit card. You will be reimbursed within 7days of check-out. Your deposit will be released in full, subject to an inspection of the property.All apartments will have 2 keys in the corresponding lock box. If both keys are not returned oncheck out, the full £150 security deposit will be charged to cover the costs of a replacement lockand keys. Should the key(s) be returned following this charge, a £100 refund will be issued.
