The deposit will be released within 7 days after check-out, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.Lost KeysPlease take care of the property keys during your stay. Lost keys or emergency call-outs may incur a £50 replacement or attendance fee.Noise & Respect for NeighboursCharming Brighton Studio Calm, Cosy & Central is located within a residential building, so we kindly ask guests to be respectful of neighbours at all times.
