Our experience of staying here was very pleasant. The place was quite special, very remote, quiet, and peaceful. The owner is the lovely Poppy who also leads us to the cottage. The cottage is nice, tidy, and comfortable and offers a number of facilities, including tea, coffee, squash for the kids. The bath is huge and the hot tub is massive, and when we arrived, it was lovely and warm ready to jump in and relax. The mattress on the bed was the only thing we had during our stay, which we felt was very uncomfortable. Please be aware that deers leap is very remote, with the closest shops only 20 minutes away. Before arriving, we did a little shopping for drinks and snacks. The roads leading to and from deers leap are very narrow, so be careful driving.

We recently had our son's wedding here, where we and 28 other people spent a long weekend. The owners made every effort to assist us in completing our stay. Everyone thought the venue was extremely lovely. We appreciate you from our son's family.

I came across this place on air I. I was very impressed with how peaceful the place was for just a couple of days without the kids. The grounds are lovely for walking around and the hosts are very helpful. I strongly recommend this place for couples or large groups for the larger house next door.

We had our daughters wedding at Deers leap retreat. What a stunning venue it is. Heather and her staff were fantastic, with outstanding customer service. The food was excellent. I couldn't thank you enough and your team enough for making my daughters' special day even more special.
