Only registered occupants are allowed to stay at the property.
No smoking (vapes included) inside the property.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
No parties, or loud events are to be held on site.
Please keep any outside noise to a minimum at night.
No eating or drinking in the bedrooms please.
Please wash dishes & cutlery regularly, using the dishwasher.
Please keep your rubbish tidy using the bins allocated in the kitchen and bathroom.
Please use the toilet bins provided for any sanitary items.
Please do not rearrange the furniture (minor adjustments to tables/chairs is fine).
Please read the operating manuals of the appliances you’re using.
Please keep shoes off in upstairs areas.
Standard check-in is after 4pm; checkout is before 10am.
