Visited London for my daughters birthday and to see Edward Road, where my late mother who died in June grew up. I got off the tube on Edward Road, and my husband was promptly picked up by an enforcement agent. He dropped a cigar butt! She immediately fined him instead of asking him to pick it up and dispose of it. We explained that we were only here for the day to celebrate my daughters birthday and visit my late mother's place of birth and was sorry, but we pleaded with her to not ruin our long planned day! She didn't care my daughter was in tears and didn't blink an eyelid when 2 boys passed smoking cannabis! Asked her to be reasonable because we weren't aware of the rules but didn't give us a $75 fine on the spot! My daughter was disoriented and totally ruined our day out! Literally got the tube back to the coach station and came home my daughters birthday in tatters and my mothers memory in the bin thank you Barnes Council and officer Chico, hope you sleep well at night!.

Visited London to honor my daughters birthday and to see Edward Street, where my mom, who passed away in June, grew up. When I jumped off the tube at Edward Road, my husband was immediately charged by an enforcement officer. He pulled a cigarette butt off! Instead of asking him to remove it and dispose of it, she immediately fined him we explained we were only here to celebrate my daughters birthday and visit my late mother's home. She was sorry but pleaded with her not to ruin our long-planned day! She refused because she didn't care my daughter was in tears and didn't blink an eyelid when two boys passed smoking marijuana! Asked her to be fair because we weren't aware of rules but no imposed a 75-cent fine on the spot! My child was very worried and ruined our day out. Practically took the tube back to the coach station and returned home my daughters birthday and my mother's memory in the bin thanks barnes council and officer Chico, I hope you sleep well at night!.
