Good parking, very clean and comfortable room, everything you need to have a great breakfast cooked or otherwise. Premises very convenient to town and super views from bedrooms and breakfast room. Owner hosts most welcoming and hospitable. A gem of a B&B which you miss after leaving.

Eileen and her husband were lovely and warm hosts. The property is ideally situated just a short walk from the town centre blending peaceful tranquility with the delights that Builth has to offer. The breakfast was fantastic. It was clearly made with amazing high quality local ingredients.

Awesome location for biking in mid Wales. The hosts provide a warm friendly welcoming atmosphere. Rooms are well presented and extremely clean A good hearty breakfast is provided to set you up for the day. Highly recommended and biker friendly.
