This a really high standard stay. The owners are very service minded and nice. The room was as good as you can get. Perfect, clean, nice beds, minibar and strong wifi. Parking is free. Breakfast was after your choice and perfect. Neighbor is a pub were you can have dinner.

Izzy and Peter were wonderful. Everything about the property was great, plenty of parking, and a very nice breakfast. The room was very pleasant. You could not ask for anything more.

A very warm welcome with great communication leading up to our stay. We used Exmoor House as a base to explore Exmoor and North Devon and really pleased to have stayed here. Breakfast was awesome and the little touches throughout the immaculate property (treats for our pooch; chocolates in the room etc) were wonderful. It was the little touches that mean we will be back to stay. From the warmest of welcomes to the ample drink making facilities in room, to the choice of breakfast items and amenability to alter timings to meet our needs. An exceptional place to stay.

This place is great. We had a lovely stay, the rooms were large and well decorated, spotlessly clean and breakfast was really delicious. The hosts really friendly, would definitely stay again and recommend it.

From the moment we stepped into Exmoor House we felt most comfortable. Our room was delightful, all that we needed available, the adjoining bathroom was immaculate with all needs readily available. The hostess was ready to help us in any way possible and looked after us in a gentle and pleasant way at breakfast. Our food was beautifully presented and cooked, hence a great experience.

What a great place. Everything was great. The most comfortable beds. The rooms were so clean, all the extra little thoughtful touches were so nice (chocolates coffee tea juice milk, flowers biscuits, and more). The house was beautiful. And soo clean. Peter’s Breakfast was delicious , couldn’t finish it all. Izzy and Peter were wonderful. I felt so welcome. The pub across the street was great. The food the bar the music and dancing. Wish I could have stayed longer. Next time I will for sure. I 100% recommend this place. I can’t say enough good things about it. Just go!!!😊

Heel fijne plek om te verblijven. Mooie kamer, gezellige tuin en vooral een prima ontbijt. Goeie uitvalsbasis voor de activiteiten die we wilden doen (wandeling Tarr Steps, Dunkery Beacon, Lynton…)

The room we had was spotless and well equipped. The breakfast was extremely good. The owners were very friendly and helpful especially as were arriving outside of the normal arrival times. Superb in every respect.

One of the best B/Bs we’ve stayed in. Owners were very friendly & helpful. Our room was beautifully decorated with very large comfortable bed, tea / coffee area with small fridge and large bathroom. Everything was very clean. Breakfast’s were great and the games / bar / lounge social room was a big bonus. We had a very enjoyable stay.
