If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy. No Pets. No Smoking. No Events or Parties. No Children. Allow undefined. Parties or large gatherings Strictly no parties, drugs or loud music. Only the booked number of guests are permitted to stay past midnight. Smoking & Vaping Smoking & vaping is strict prohibited inside and any smoke damage will incur an additional cleaning fee. There is a small bucket for cigarette disposal outside the entrance to the property. Parking Please park considerately. Charging of electric vehicles from the property is not permitted. There is ample parking on the road immediately outside the property or, if your vehicle is less than 2.2M tall, you can drive through the carport to the two designated parking spaces behind the property. Our spaces are marked by the Tractor picture attached to the fence. WIFI The Wifi speed has been tested at 185Mbps but there is no guarantee of this and speeds can fluctuate. Whilst the wifi has been provided to you free of charge, we provide no assurances over it's stability or reliability and we can not be held liable in case of any outages.
