The room was clean and had everything that was needed for a few days. The TV, kitchen and bathroom were great. The bed was very soft and not very comfy. Check in was a bit of a worry as they do ask you for a deposit of £50 and don't give the access codes until that was done. I arrived after 6pm and there was no-one there so it created a bit of a panic until I managed to get a reply and they gave me the codes. Overall the room was pleasant and within easy walking distance of Golders Green Tube station. There was also a Sainsbury's nearby to get supplies.

Was nice to stay in this hotel, only thing need to improve is The hotel lobby exit door was locked and we were unable to open the door to leave when we had to go out to catch the train at 7:15, and there was no one in the lobby to inquire.

The property looked clean enough but when we got on the bed, we immediately started itching and by morning we had abit of rashes on our skin. Clearly the bedsheets were either not washed or not properly washed.everyother thing was fine
