A comfortable cosy flat well located in the West End

The flat was beautiful and in great location. The place was very nice and clean. Using the keys was a little difficult at first; I had to call the owner. Make sure you use the silver key hole with the brass key and turn it all the way around. My biggest issues are difficulty finding a parking spot; I had to park about 2 blocks away and carry groceries down. I also didn’t know it was in the 3rd floor until I got the instructions a few days ahead and had to carry a very heavy suitcase up 4 flights of steps. Maybe I missed something when I booked.

Overall Review We stayed at this apartment for one week. Overall, it was clean, spacious, and had a good layout, but there were several maintenance, safety, and convenience issues that made our stay less comfortable than expected. What We Liked * The apartment looked clean upon arrival and smelled fresh. * There was plenty of closet space, which was very helpful for a week long stay. * The Wi-Fi worked well throughout our visit. * The overall layout of the apartment was attractive and mostly functional. Areas for Improvement * Basic supplies were insufficient. There was not enough toilet paper, no kitchen roll (paper towels), no hand soap in the bathroom, and no extra garbage bags for the kitchen. * More bath towels should be provided for longer stays. * A washer/dryer combination would be a valuable addition. The washing machine also needs clear operating instructions, as none were provided. * The bathroom could be more functional by adding hooks for towels and clothing, as well as a shelf or ledge for toiletries. * The main bathroom raised safety concerns. The shower must be entered before it can be turned on, meaning guests have to stand inside while waiting for the water to warm up. This design is inconvenient and could be unsafe. In the same bathroom, the toilet seat shifts noticeably when you sit on it and should be repaired or replaced. * The flooring in some areas felt uneven beneath the carpeting, creating a potential trip hazard. * The listing should clearly st
