We had a great stay at Henrietta House this weekend, the staff were really friendly and helpful. It was great that they have a small car park that we were lucky enough to get a space in. The walk into town only took about 5 minutes, so this hotel was a perfect base for us. I would recommend this hotel and definitely stay here again.

Parkering i bakgården. Hyggelig og hjelpsomme personalet ga oss en god velkomst.

We arrived a bit early but staff were helpful and checked if our room was ready which it was. So got in earlier which was a boost. We got parked in the small private car park which is £22 a night which is a bit hefty. Our stay was great and the staff were helpful. The only downside was the bathroom being on the small side. Would return again if in the area.

absolutely loved our stay. The hotel was clean, friendly, and in a fantastic location, with everything within walking distance. The customer service was excellent throughout our visit, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. A special thank you to Rajeev kumar who truly made our stay even more enjoyable. His kindness, helpfulness, and local knowledge made exploring the area so much easier for us. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

Room was very clean, the staff helpful and the breakfast was limited choice but the food was good. The air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy but due to the age of the building this was acceptable.

First of all visiting Bath was awesome! The hotel was Very convenient to the Roman baths and Abby, close to restaurants and the river. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We had a car and wished we would have contacted the hotel ahead of time since we had had to park in an off site lot.

Great location which is a nice walk from Bath Spa. Near a number of museums and close to the river. Clean room and great service from the staff there

Very central to Bath attractions. Level flat walk to station, and the Roman Baths and other sights. Staff very pleasant and useful; gave us an eatlier check in when we arrived in Bath in the rain. Would stay again.

Beautiful historic building and friendly staff. Great location for exploring Bath on foot and nice quiet street with little traffic. I especially liked having breakfast served to the table instead of buffet - that should be highlighted on the website. I was upgraded to a lovely airy 2nd floor room with a bath in the annex which was welcome on a hot couple of days.

Staff were all really nice & on the ball, very pleasant, opened doors for us, got us a drink while we waited for our room, which we got into early ( without asking) also offered us an extra half hour to check out as we went out. So we had more time in the town. All in all lovely hotel very close to town 5 minute walk. Only problem is parking, but the receptionist found us a space in the back car park & our Daughter & Son Inlaw who were with us.
