Security DepositA refundable £100 deposit is required for all bookings as a security deposit via a valid credit card matching the name of the main guest.This security deposit will be returned automatically to your card two days after departure. The deposit will be retuned in full subject to:1) No damage to the apartment, furniture or any items in the apartment: damaged, stained or missing.2) No smoking, no vaping, no marijuana in or in the vicinity of the apartment: (including smoking out of the windows)3) No noise after 9pm: To ensure a peaceful stay for all our guests we have a “No-Noise after 9pm” policy that means we ask for all guests to ensure that after 9pm there is no loud music or loud social gatherings in their apartment.4) No illegal activities or use of any illegal drugs including N20 gas5) No excessive cleaning being required6) No cause for security or police to attend7) Return of traditional key cards if issued (£5 per card)A communal laundry room with two washing and two drying machines is available for guests' use 24/7 on the lower ground floor. ​‌Please note that drying racks are also available for guests to take back to their apartment if they prefer to air dry their laundry in their apartment.Akomodasi ini tidak mengizinkan pesta bujang atau sejenisnya.Harap beri tahu pihak terlebih dahulu mengenai perkiraan waktu kedatangan Anda.
