Overall, a nice hotel in a nice location with a friendly staff. I had a small single room that was compact but clean and had everything you would expect, tea, coffee, a hairdryer, a safe, complimentary shower gel and shampoo. Being on the top floor was warm, but a fan was also provided in the room which was required. The general state of the hotel was good, but you can tell it's well used. My only minor complaint was the lack of soundproofing. The road outside did have a few noisy cars passing by. Unfortunately, the road work started in the morning and was still loud with the window closed, but this was not the hotel's fault. I did notice that the soundproofing wasn't great, as I could hear the person in the room next to me. I didn't really find this to be a problem, but it might be for a light sleeper. But id happily stay here again.4,2/527 Sep 2022

I stayed in a double room for two nights. The hotel is quite good overall. The staff is incredibly pleasant and hospitable. The hotel is close to the Earls Court train station. Although there was some niceness about the train station, it wasn't too unpleasant. We can safely say that the rooms is secure because there are two young women who live here.4,2/513 Sep 2022

Upon returning home from a three-week visit in the uk, we stayed in a luxury suite for one night. We were given a prompt, but cordial welcome by the front desk staff, and we were able to leave our luggage there until our room was ready. The elevator was modest and operated in a specific hour of the day, while the corridors are tiny and firmly shut and in need of renovation. You could tell that the neighboring structure had simply broken into our room when it entered through the wall. With wooden floors, a large four-poster bed, and a freestanding bathroom in the room, the space was enormous. The room was peaceful, and the bed was comfortable. The bath was useful, quite deep, spotless, and very deep. None of the other hotels amenities were utilized by us. We were able to get good sleep and good value for the money.4,2/510 Mei 2022

I gave this hotel 55 not because it was perfect but because it met all the criteria that truly count for me. positive So, so close to the tube at Earls Court I got a very low price for the night, so great value for money for a solo traveller. Close to food establishments like McDonald's, Ofc, greg's and nando they kept my bags on check out day til rp which was a great help good wifi the elevator there was a fan in my room not sure if everyone gets one less positive my room was on the top floor and you had to exit the elevator to get to it. Not ideal when youve already had to lift your bags up the entrance steps. I know it can't be helped. The night? The receptionist who checked me in. He barely said anything, nothing. He wasn't rude but disrespectful, Id say, he could definitely improve this. One of the provided towels in my room had a large orange stain. Other things to note there is noise from the tube. It didn't bother me because I always travel with earplugs, but keep in mind that noise comes from a central location. I will definitely stay again in the future. I got excellent value for the money I paid.Fasilitas Populer
