Our check-in time is from 3pm onwards and on your last day, check-out time is 10am. If you are not ready to check out by 10am and the cleaning company arrives, they will charge a call out fee, which we will have no choice but to recharge to you.
Whilst we perform a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels in the bath. This helps us complete our cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests.<br/>We understand that accidents happen and simply ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means a better chance of having your full security deposit returned.<br/>If you need help with anything in the apartment, please call Rocky on 0795 858 4370.
There is plenty of on-street parking around the property. Please respect our neighbours by parking in a courteous manner. Please also respect our neighbours when entering and leaving the property and by also keeping and noise / disturbance to sociable (daylight) hours. <br/>On departure, please simply pull the front door closed behind you.
Please note that the property is non-smoking. There is a £100 fine for smoking inside the property. NO HOUSE FIRES – Knighton Villa is located in a conservation, smoke-free area. Feel free to light candles, but care should be taken not to leave lit candles unattended.
