This was an excellent place to stay. Very convenient walking distance to everything. Quiet side street. Plenty of room. washing machine and dryer combo was a blessing. plenty of room. Locker space in lobby to store bags after checkout or early checkin. (we did not need this trip). kitchenette was great. Would stay here again.

Wow! Just wow. Great location. Great space. I was traveling with my adult son and needed a place with separate rooms - without paying for two hotel rooms on the Royal Mile. The Blackfriars Lofts was perfect. Bedroom, cool loft, full kitchen and lovely living room. Liked it so much, immediately searched to see what other cities The Linton Collection operates. Highly recommend.

Apartment is excellent but the directions to the property supplied were not for the property we booked so we wasted time trying to find it. Other than that the only thing is that there was only 6 coat hangers.

Perfect location. Just 1/2 a block from the Royal Mile. Gorgeous historic building. Having a cozy apartment that is centrally located was great. The apartment was wonderful and exactly what we hoped for. Highly recommend!

Idéalement situé à 50m de l’artère principale d’Edimbourg. Check in et Check out automatique via serrure numérique et la possibilité de stocker vos valises le premier et le dernier jour de votre séjour afin de profiter au maximum de la ville. Logement moderne et très bien pensé. Ne convient toutefois pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite : la faute à des escaliers omniprésents. La nuitée n’est pas donnée mais c’est le prix à payer compte tenu de la localisation. Dernière info : une voiture ne vous servira à rien dans Edimbourg.

We had a lovely stay at the Linton Collection Apartments over Christmas. This was our third year spending Christmas here and once again we loved it. The location is ideal, just off the Royal Mile, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay — it really was a perfect Christmas. We were especially grateful that the team kindly allowed us to check in and access the apartment a little earlier, which made a big difference. The only very small disappointment this time, was that we didn’t get our usual apartment facing Arthur’s Seat — something we’ll be sure to request next time. I think the wreath on the door is a lovely touch, but it would have been nice to have a small little tree inside the apartment even if it is just on the table. Overall, another wonderful stay and we look forward to returning again.

This apartment was an excellent base for our trip to Edinburgh. There was plenty of room, and the full kitchen allowed us to decide when to eat out versus making something for ourselves. The combo washer/dryer also allowed for a simple clothing refresh when needed. The bedroom/loft was not ideal to access for the over 60 crowd. I would love to stay at this property during my next visit!

Location is in the middle of old Town. Rooms are in an old Church. Very unique in design. Roomy and comfortable. We were on third floor with stairs only, no elevator, so this may not be a good choice if you can not get your bags up stairs.

Amazingly cute and quaint place in a PERFECT location right off of the Royal Mile. ONLY downside is there’s no lift (old building!), and the stairs are a killer with lots of luggage. But it was worth it!

This loft was exactly as the description. Lovely amenities and walkable to everywhere. The only suggestion would be to have a fan in the upstairs loft part as it can get warm up there. Loved our stay and will definitely be back! Thank you!

Don’t let the front entry fool you, this place is beautiful and perfectly located for discovering Edinburgh’s lively historic landmarks. There are several flights of stairs, but is to be expected in this repurposed church building. So worth the climb! There is a fabulous Scottish tour company within footsteps that we used for a day trip to see castles. Beds were comfortable and the 2-full bathrooms were appreciated. Super responsive host with questions regarding luggage storage before and after stay. Thanks for a lovely stay ;-)

Great location on The Royal Mile. The area was really busy because of the festival, but our apartment (no 4) was out the back and really peaceful. We are in the 3 Blind Mice pizza restaurant below which was good.
