Excellent location for tidy two bed flat for combined work and leisure trip. Fans provided as it was very warm. A pain tracking over to Camden to pick up the keys - so prob recommend paying extra to get them to come to the location to exchange keys.

The appartement and location var super and if it was not for the key delivery system I would certanly stay here every time I go to London. However, having to go to another place to pick up keys (and then again deliver) was not good at all. I think the management should concider another solution, maybe an app. Sorry for writing a bad review for this very nice apt.

I have stayed in various serviced apartments over the last year and not once have I had to collect keys from a shop located nearly 10 minutes away from the location, not asked to take my rubbish outside to a bin store on check out. Windows were also broken so that I couldn’t close two of them. The utility cupboard door was installed badly (wonky in the frame) so it wouldn’t close and I could hear the hum of the unit inside it all night as a result, not to mention the fact that everything was checked in there (ironing board looked bent but thankfully I didn’t need to use it). There was no air conditioning and no fan available (which is usually an alternative in other apts I’ve stayed in which don’t have AC). I had a problem with checking it due to instructions not being clear on how I could return the key to the key store, and no one was available on either phone number given - one of which was supposed to be the emergency number - and this meant I was late for work. Considering this was a similar cost to other apartments I’ve stayed at, I would not bother booking this again and would not recommend.

We stayed in this apartment at the end of November and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. There was no hot water or heating, making it extremely cold. We had to stay in this apartment for two nights, and only on the last day were we given a new apartment. Check-in was at 3 PM, and no one had checked the apartment beforehand to ensure that hot water and heating were working. Overall, this was very disappointing and not what we expected.
