Fantastic location, price, and breakfast. Stayed two nights, and it was very quiet on my floor, even though it was also busy. Would absolutely stay again (I've always liked hostels, but do love the en suite single option). Only real negative was that the kitchen on my floor never seemed to be open, so had to go to the ground floor to fill my water bottle. Not a deal breaker.

I was weary to stay in a dorm but it was great. It was very clean. The breakfast was excellent and filling. The staff were so nice. It had a lovely safe family feeling. I loved the area. Right across from Tate. It was handy to many tubes - the walk to Blackfrairs tube is actually much quicker with shortcuts that Google Maps doesn’t show. Luggage storage in a giant room with others but they take your name and give you a number - have to show ID to pick it up so very safe. Kitchen you can use. It was extremely hot, but anyplace without air con would have been during the 30 degree heat. Ask for a fan at the desk for a wee bit of a reprieve, but still hot. Quiet where it is, but lots of action just around the corners. Great value for London.

I loved my stay here. The location was great with a lovely little green space right out the door to relax during the heat wave. The staff was very accommodating with an excellent luggage room to store my bags before check in and after check out. And the breakfast was all you could ask for. I would definitely stay again.

Meget meget fin beliggenhed. God morgenmad!

Family of four (2 teenage daughters) travelling to London for a one night stay. We had low expectations given the price we paid. Everywhere else was at least double the price. Check in was easy. We could store luggage simply and safely before and after our check in/out times. Beds and bedding were basic, but firm and comfortable. Shower pressure was superb. Much better than at home. Kettle in the room. Bring your own Yorkshire Tea if you want to make a proper brew. There is no drinking water from the bathroom taps so you need to use the water dispensers dotted around the place for filling water bottles. Breakfast was great. Lots of choice. I went for the full English. There was fresh fruit and also more than enough beige food to please fussy children. I also have to say that unlike stays I’ve had in more upmarket hotels, the coffee was decent. Well done! Good coffee matters!!! Overall, really pleased. Highly recommended and would stay again for our next trip to the capital.

The 'all you can eat' breakfast is a real winner enabling guests to be well fuelled for a busy day without having to worry about fitting in lunch!! Especially good location for the Tate Modern and the Globe Theatre and many other locations. Thanks for a great stay LSE!!

Excellent place and location. Walking to borough and London Bridge for underground. Or could go to river and walk along the riverside.
