Excellent location/proximity to all amenities. Professional and friendly staff. Exceptional value based on comps. Simply put, a clean practical, no frills accommodation. That’s perfect for anyone breezing through London and needs to be in the west end. All in all hospitality is 100%.

Good: comfortable bed, plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, towel warmer in shower, clean fluffy towels, iron/steamer/clothes drying rack, fast wifi, friendly staff. Not great: some of the carpet and cabinetry is dated/slightly chipped or stained, and needing replacement. The washing machine has a mind of its own - use with caution. The furniture in living room seems outdated/not particularly inviting. The pillows on the bed are VERY overstuffed - not great for sleeping.

A wonderful place arrived quite late and I told them that I was noise sensitive and they moved me to a room that faced the back. Really accommodating staff! The accommodations were just perfect. The location is incredible very close to Paddington station, and really just across the road from Hyde Park.
