Please note that the property does not have a reception. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. We ask that you respect other tenants by keeping noise to a minimum in the corridors and lifts.

Stays of 20+ nights include a complimentary mid-stay linen and towel resupply (drop-off only) every 14 days upon request. To ensure the service is effectively utilised, the first resupply is typically scheduled at the midpoint of the stay. Please note that this service is not available for stays with fewer than 5 nights remaining before checkout. More frequent resupplies or professional cleaning services are available for an additional fee.

We require our guests to pay a £200 refundable damage deposit 7 days before arrival, which will be refunded 7 days after check-out, subject to inspection for any issues during the stay.
