Great stay at the Ocean Serviced Apartments - we were on the 6th floor (Executive apartment B24) which had an amazing view out to the sea and across the city - stunning! The whole apartment was nice and clean and the lounge/kitchen/dining area had been recently decorated and furnished to a high standard. There is a small balcony off this area too The underground parking was great with our own designated space and lift up to the 6th floor so no hassles with parking Check in was easy with the key pick up system and the Staff in the office were really helpful with a couple of questions that we had The apartment is a short walk to the local Asda and the Newhaven Tram Stop - ideal location as a base to explore the city. A great stay, and will return!

Mulai 01 Oktober 2025, Pajak Pengunjung sebesar 5% akan dikenakan untuk semua pemesanan dengan masa inap pada atau setelah 24 Juli 2026. Pajak Pengunjung ini dibayarkan langsung ke akomodasi saat check-in dan hanya berlaku untuk lima hari pertama masa inap. Jumlah Pajak Pengunjung dapat berbeda dari jumlah yang ditampilkan pada saat pemesanan.
Paket sarapan tidak tersedia. Harap diperhatikan bahwa sprei tidak disediakan untuk tempat tidur bayi. Akomodasi tidak menerima pemesanan grup pesta lajang pria/wanita atau grup pesta lainnya. Check-in lebih awal dan check-out lebih lambat tergantung pada ketersediaan dan akan dikenakan biaya tambahan. Check-out setelah pukul 10:00 akan dikenakan biaya tambahan sebesar GBP 10 per jam dan tergantung pada ketersediaan. Check-in antara pukul 00:30 dan 15:00 akan dikenakan biaya tambahan sebesar GBP 20. Tamu yang tiba di luar jam check-in yang disebutkan diminta untuk menghubungi akomodasi secara langsung sebelum kedatangan agar dapat dilakukan pengaturan alternatif. Akomodasi hanya menerima pemesanan dari tamu non-lokal. Tamu yang berdomisili di kota yang sama dengan akomodasi tidak diizinkan untuk check-in kecuali telah mendapat izin dari Ocean Apartments. Pra-otorisasi kartu debit atau kredit sebesar GBP 250 per pemesanan akan dilakukan untuk pemesanan 1 malam dengan check-in pada hari Jumat, Sabtu, atau Minggu. Selain hari-hari tersebut, jumlah sebesar GBP 100 per pemesanan akan dipra-otorisasi saat check-in. Untuk pemesanan dengan 5 tamu atau lebih, Ocean Apartments dapat menanyakan tujuan menginap untuk mencegah adanya grup pesta.
Resepsionis buka antara pukul 09:00 hingga 17:00, Senin sampai Minggu. Nomor kontak darurat tersedia untuk keperluan mendesak di luar jam tersebut. Ocean Apartments menggunakan sistem self-check-in. Tamu diwajibkan untuk: Mengirimkan identitas diri dengan foto yang masih berlaku melalui email. Melakukan pra-otorisasi deposit keamanan sebesar £100 per apartemen melalui tautan yang diberikan. Harap diperhatikan, ini adalah penahanan virtual; jumlah tersebut akan dibekukan di akun Anda namun tidak akan ditagihkan. Tamu harus menghubungi tim manajemen minimal 24 jam sebelum kedatangan untuk mengatur proses self-check-in. Instruksi check-in hanya akan diberikan setelah semua persyaratan terpenuhi. Pengambilan Kunci dan Proses Self-Check-In Kunci harus diambil dari sisi kiri resepsionis Ocean Apartments di kotak kunci hitam.
