From the outside I didn’t expect much to be honest but once inside the place was spotless and very accommodating all the amenities a holiday apartment could provide. Very clean and comfortable and I would highly recommend this place to stay. Close to all the facilities and ideal for great little get always !!

Needs some work but nothing major. Everything worked great Needs new bedding though as its very old and dated. For the price you're on to a winner as it is a great location. The contact numbers available are useless. They need to give you an actual number as check in was a big fail and it was done via email. The payments link didn't work either. Bit of a pain but sorted in the end. We had a wonderful four days in Skegness.
