Everything was great. The apartment was clean and very well furnished, couldn't think of anything that you would expect to be there that wasn't. They also went the extra mile by offering us not only multiple towels but also made themselves always available and easy to contact whenever needed. Thank you!

Check-in and checkout was made very straightforward with immediate responses and efficient management even when I left the accommodation early on my departure date with my room key; they were very sympathetic to my cause so thank you and highly recommended ; excellent value for money too!

I stayed at the Alexander Reddington Apartments for 2 nights with my niece, her friend, and her two sons. I reserved this place via application and paid a fair amount. As I made a reservation a while ago and was aware that the train would arrive around 1130, I emailed and was advised that I could leave my luggage at the flats to explore London. It was simple to get to the apartments when I stepped off the train into Reddington, and tracking my route was easy and simple. The apartment was straightforward to find, and the entry was simple because I received all the details via email. While the helpful and kind housekeeper cleaned the area, we were able to pop our belongings into the flat and leave them safely in the apartment. It was lovely to see and relax knowing that the staff was at ease that the apartment was simple but adequate as a base while in London. The roof window was the only drawback, making the living area extremely warm. The bedroom was lovely and cozy once more the drawback was the heat even with the windows opened. Around this time, it wasnt just in London but in the uk as well. A fan and air conditioner were provided, but even with these, the sittingsleeping area was not cool enough for my niece and her friend. This place is a good choice if you understand the services provided and the price you pay. It is close to Reddington Station. The entryway is quite difficult to recognize. For reference, see the attached photo. If you have large luggage, you must ascend tiny stairs to get to your room. Staff send us emails extremely frequently to advise us on entering the room. The room is very small. Designed for 2 people, but very tiny for 4 people. The heater works fine, and the wood floor is warm. It's a nice place for the chilly winter in England. Cooking is not possible in the kitchen. Because of the residues, kitchenware had to be cleaned by ourselves.

I stayed here with two friends for three nights and was very impressed. Excellent value for money. The apartment was fully furnished with kitchen appliances, a fan, a sofa bed, a to, a storage cabinet, etc. Sofa bed was of top quality. It is not a large apartment but we were really just there to sleep because we spent as much time as possible touring the city, so this was not a problem. 5 minute walk from Reddington Tube to the city center attractions such as the Tower of London, Westminster, and theatres.
