The reception desk attendant when we checked in was world class!! She was truly incredible and so helpful. She suggested restaurants and activities and ways to better enjoy ourselves in the area. We probably talked with her for 20 minutes. Absolutely lovely woman. We found when we checked out that her mom was working the reception desk on the day shift. We definitely told her what a great human she had raised. The one area we chuckled to ourselves was how irritated the computerized elevator voice seemed with. Everything she said seemed veiled in "quit bugging me now". It was funny. It could have been a terribly uncomfortable room and we still would have loved it for the desk clerk but it was clean and comfortable, so bonus.

Premier Lodge in Grangemouth is always my first choice when I am staying in the area. The location is ideal, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and it offers really good value for money. What makes it stand out, though, is the staff. They are always very professional, welcoming and helpful, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. I have stayed here a number of times and the service has been consistently excellent. The team make a real difference and help create a friendly, well-run place to stay. I would happily recommend Premier Lodge Grangemouth and will continue to use it whenever I am in the area.

Excellent location near the Kelpies with parking. Staff on front desk were fantastic - so helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Hotel is basic but very clean and was really quiet so got a great nights sleep.

Rooms very spacious, great shower, large beds. Staff always very friendly and welcoming. Very handy for the motorway Kelpies within walking distance. Nice and quiet surroundings, always choose here when working in Edinburgh.

Premier Lodge is my regular first choice when I’m in the area, and the main reason for that is the staff. They are always welcoming, helpful and easy to deal with, which makes a real difference when you’re staying away from home. The rooms are clean, comfortable and provide everything needed for a good stay. Parking is straightforward, and the location works well for me when visiting the area. The only downside recently has been the ongoing roadworks nearby, which have caused some disruption, but these look to be coming to an end. Overall, this remains my preferred place to stay locally. The staff are what really make it stand out, and they are a credit to the hotel.

Great location for Helix Park. Clean, fresh hotel with good sized room and showroom. Only 1 strange feature….there was nowhere to plug in the kettle other than sitting it on the floor!

Premier Lodge is a rather basic hotel but we knew that when we booked it. What sets this hotel apart is the service provided - a warm greeting whenever we passed through reception and the unexpected bonus of the use of the staff kitchen to heat up meals and store food in the refrigerator. As the weather wasn't great we nipped out to the nearby M&S Simply Food store at the petrol station and got some ready to heat meals which we then enjoyed at a table in the lobby area. The room was basic but clean and had tea, coffee, hot chocolate plus shampoo and body wash provided - all you need. The location was quiet and we had a good night's sleep. All in all, for the price paid, we recommend it.

Stayed here a number of times and it continues to be my first choice when working in the area. The rooms are always clean, comfortable and well maintained, with everything you need for a good night’s stay. What really makes this place stand out though is the staff. Every member of the team is friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful, and they consistently go out of their way to make guests feel valued. That personal touch is what makes this the perfect location for me and the reason I keep coming back. Good value, convenient location and excellent customer service throughout. Highly recommended.

All areas of the hotel were immaculate and very clean, plenty of parking spaces and very quiet at night, no noise from corridors or banging of room doors. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Their recommendation for food at Cooks Bar and Kitchen was an excellent choice, the Kelpies was a short pleasant walk, once out of the trading estate. The only downside was not being able to walk to a pub/restaurant for food, although the drive to Cooks was less than five minutes. There was a staff kitchen which guests are welcome to use.
