We were told our room would be ready by 3 pm but we didn’t get our keys until 3:45 pm. Everything in the room was excellent but we had difficulty using the laundry equipment. It didn’t seem to dry on the dry cycle, it added more water. One small suggestion is the addition of a towel bar near the bathroom sink for a hand towel. The staff was very helpful and they provided a fan as it was very warm.

Clean room. A little noisy because our room faced a car park and people were talking outside into the early hours of the morning. Walkable to The Royal Mile.

First time visiting Edinburgh. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary. Was tough to figure out where to stay. Booked Premier Suites and am so glad we did. The location was exceptional. Close to all the main attractions and eating places. We took the tram from the airport and it was a 5 minute walk to the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed. The washer/dryer was such a plus for our 8 night stay. Coffee machine and electric kettle with coffee and tea provided was great. It was so clean and relaxing to return to after a full day touring and exploring. Beds were comfy and everything we needed was there. They even provided laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent. A fridge was great too. We loved staying here. You will not be disappointed choosing this. We found the area quiet and did not hear noise like some other reviews said. We would definitely return. Thanks to Tony who hooked us up with a taxi to the airport early in the morning (trams didn’t run that early) as our one we booked didn’t show up. Staff went above and beyond if we needed anything or had questions.

beautiful immaculate clean spacious suite. only complaint is unit doesn't have a/c so it was warm inside depending what season you visit. otherwise perfect place to stay.

The 2 bed apartment was spotless . Comfy beds good bed linen and towels provided . Nice quiet neighbourhood and safe . Great that you can park your car in their dedicated parking would definitely stay again .

Clean room with kitchen and laundry. Staff very helpful including assisting with taking the luggage to the apartment in a hail storm. Recommend staying here as walkable to the main attractions.

A little quieter than bustling downtown Edinburgh, but just a short walk to the tourist attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was spacious, clean, quiet, and well equipped.

We were very pleased with our 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment! It was exactly what we needed for our family, especially traveling with little toddlers. We had washer, dryer, kitchen, space, security, etc. right on the corner was a lil coffee shop which was perfect! Check in & check out was an absolute breeze! Around the corner was grocery store. It really was ideal for our brief stay. Not luxurious but absolutely comfortable

The room was very clean and the kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. It had 2 separate bedrooms with a separate living room/kitchen space. The staff was very friendly as well!

Fantastic front desk staff. Super friendly and eager to accommodate us as best they could. Parking was great. Location is perfect for exploring the downtown. Apartment was clean and well appointed. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Edinburgh.
