Great size property and very clean and spacious. Excellent reception staff and great location. ( Just a suggestion - Could probably benefit with a full length mirror as the only mirror is in the bathroom and quite high for smaller people) Our apartment was close to the road, and could hear people chatting going by . Not a busy thoroughfare and would definitely go back

Great location, not right in the main tourist areas (about a 20-25 minute walk to the castle/Royal Mile). But, we enjoyed it because it was not located right in the main city center and we enjoy the walking. Great pubs in the area and local restaurants as well. Very quiet area. I was able to request a high floor away from road noise and they were able to comply. The kitchen, with the washing machine, was very helpful and allowed us to pack lightly and do laundry every couple of days. I do not recommend using the dryer, use the drying rack they provide instead. It was amazing to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms for our family, as well as the common area with the living room, kitchen, and small dining table. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in a clean and quiet room. Kitchen came in handy when we didn't want to eat out. Laundry facilities in our own room. Staff were friendly and helpful. No air conditioning so beware if it's hot. Close to a small grocery store, some restaurants, and public transit.

Todo muy bien , había todo lo que necesitaba y además lavadora. La pasé muy bien en mi estancia a pesar de que había renovaciones y había algo de ruido . Volvería sin duda

We would have liked to stay here again when we returned to Edinburgh, but the price did escalate quite a bit from our first booking. However we loved, loved loved the place!

Large rooms, clean great amenities! Staff were super kind and even walked us personally to our room. Only downfall is we didn’t realize there were 5 properties so we were a little bit further than expected from the dropped pin of their reception but it was lovely just the same. Great stay thank you!

We were told our room would be ready by 3 pm but we didn’t get our keys until 3:45 pm. Everything in the room was excellent but we had difficulty using the laundry equipment. It didn’t seem to dry on the dry cycle, it added more water. One small suggestion is the addition of a towel bar near the bathroom sink for a hand towel. The staff was very helpful and they provided a fan as it was very warm.

Clean room. A little noisy because our room faced a car park and people were talking outside into the early hours of the morning. Walkable to The Royal Mile.
