Having the best location in the city center is very worth the price. The receptionist is good because the helpful staff give local advice and can provide extra equipment to the apartment if something goes wrong. A washing machine was good. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the towels and sheets were of great quality. Lots of hot water.

Rarely stay in Sheffield but wanted more space than the chain hotels provide, this was perfect. Two decent sized bedrooms, spacious living room / kitchen diner. Decor is certainly fun and it's the jazziest bathroom i've ever stayed in! Staff are excellent and helpful. There 24hrs to help. Happily stay again in such a handy location.

Very comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean. Staff very helpful on reception. We had a problem about an hour after check in and it was sorted out quickly and efficiently. Would definitely stay here again.

I will stay here again. This hotel has a nice location, near Sheffield. The apartment has a wonderful layout, is spacious, clean, and very warm. The staff is very helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them, which is exactly what you want.

My friend and I stayed for 6 nights. We initially reserved a studio apartment. When we came to the motel, a friendly gentleman at reception welcomed us and checked us in and showed us to our room. The pictures for this hotel are a little deceptive because the rooms are not as spacious as the pictures will make you believe. That being said, the location was spotless. We decided to ask how much it would cost to upgrade to a one bedroom apartment to give us a little more space because we were there for more than a few nights. The friendliest gentleman at the reception was only too happy to help with our request, and we were relocated to another apartment. The one bedroom apartment was much nicer because it gave us a little more room. Once again, this apartment was spotless, fully equipped with everything you need to cook your meals, and also had a washer. We chose to park at the nearby nap because the parking lot is so narrow and littered with trash, but when we explained to reception that we were worried about leaving the car in their parking lot, they advised us that we could park it in the tiny underground car park, much more secure, much better. The only downside I can say is that the beds are extremely firm, which some people prefer, not the most comfortable sleep for me. It can also be a bit noisy at night, but that is to be expected when staying

We did not pay for a cooked breakfast, which we did not eat. After dinner, we returned to the apartment with a bottle from the nearby teacher. The place was clean, warm and comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. It's a bit naughty not to mention on the website that parking costs 7. Be aware that the walk into the city involves steep cobbled streets.

Although the pictures give the aparthotel a fantastic image, I am writing this evaluation to make sure not too much is anticipated. I was slightly let down, though. Given that we spent 60 dollars on one night, that is good value for an apartment in the city center. You wouldnt anticipate a typical checkin counter when you first arrive, instead of a hole in the wall with a friendly young guy checking people in. We were given an apartment and taken to it after a quick checkin. I was initially astounded by how compact the apartment was in terms of space and the view image in the background. While the kitchen and reception area were both narrow, the apartment had a large bedroom and bathroom, however the decor was inconveniently outdated, with some contemporary, gold, and embellishments. If you like that, the bed was very firm, and the cushions were fantastic. Unfortunately, we noticed a smoke smell in our bathroom that we believed was coming from the extracted fan? Sadly, it added to the smoky scent on our linens. Overall, it was adequate for one evening, but I would not recommend a longer stay.

The apartment was nice bright and clean ,freindly guy at reception was very helpfull,good central spot to shops and restaurants.The only thing though the bed is very very firm and i struggled to sleep also the people in the other apartments seemed to think it was ok to bang doors and shout at 2am outside the door so left the next day very tired.
