We stayed 1 night for a concert at Etihad stadium. The hotel was about 10 minutes walk from Picadilly train station, and is located next to Aldi and an M&S outlet. The room was very spacious, with a kitchenette, which was handy for preparing a quick meal. The hotel is about 25 minute walk to Etihad. Staff were lovely, and breakfast was included - basic but enough to start the day.

Overall this was a lovely hotel, beautifully appointed and the staff upfront were very kind and gracious. The breakfast in the morning is gorgeous. My one comment would be for them to remove the green floor rugs in the rooms, I'm sure at first they were a great decor choice but now they're getting dingy and worn looking, harboring dirt or allergens, and compromising the otherwise upscale look of the room and property. Chuck em and stick with hard flooring. Otherwise very lovely hotel. 10 mins from train station.

The walk from Picadilly Station was just a little farther than I expected, but that would be my only quibble. My room was spacious and well maintained. The staff were very helpful. There is an Aldi grocery store around the corner, which is very convenient.

Would happily stay again. Very handy for station and Etihad - both walkable… Great modern clean room and comfy beds. Decent choice of snacks at reception. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

This is our second stay at the residence, Manchester. We returned because our first visit was excellent. This time, because we we're only staying 1 night we just had a standard queen room, and it was lovely. Big enough for 2 of us. Clean and nice touches. This is the first hotel where I have found they provide shower gel, and shampoo and conditioner. For me this is a big bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we would definitely return again.

A brief overnight stop at Residence Inn Manchester Piccadilly as we were attending a concert at Co-op Live. It is a few minutes walk from Manchester Piccadilly station and about a 20 minute walk to the Co-op live. The actual hotel is clean, modern and well appointed. It served our overnight stop well. The rooms are spacious and we had a studio type room with a small kitchen area. The wifi was good and the bed comfy. Recommended.

Our stay at Residence Inn Manchester was smooth, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. We stayed for two nights in a Studio with one queen bed and a sofa bed, and the room exceeded expectations in terms of space and cleanliness. Everything felt well-maintained, and the bathroom in particular was in immaculate condition, which made a great impression. One small drawback was that both the bed and sofa bed tended to creak with even slight movements, such as twisting and turning during the night. While not a major issue, it was noticeable enough to mention. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Although the selection wasn’t particularly extensive, it included a well-executed English breakfast, and everything we tried tasted fresh and delicious. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would happily recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and reliable stay in Manchester.

Room was clean, housekeepin came back later as we were still in bed the first time. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was great size. Only thing to maybe add is a full sized mirror somewhere in the room, only mirror was the bathroom one.
