I will definitely be back 10000/10. Fantastic stay! My boyfriend and i stayed here for his birthday in a queen suite on the 11th floor. Absolutely beautiful room with balcony, which gave us an absolutely beautiful view. The staff were wonderful and very kind!.

The room was better than anticipated. Aman, a man, was incredibly kind and accommodating, engaging in conversation, and making the stay feel like resembling tavern. He was always excellent in terms of cleanliness, with someone also cleaning the lobby every day. There is free coffee, water that has been filtered, as well as hot chocolate. The receptionists were outstanding when i requested he check out late.

Our stay at the residence inn was fantastic, from the moment we arrived until we left, the staff was always friendly and ready to help. This made our stay very enjoyable, especially when we needed it. Sviat at reception was particularly friendly & helpful! We stayed in one of the studios, which are modern and spacious, with comfortable beds, and are close to the city center and shops. Breakfast was served as usual, but it was nice to be able to bring a tray up to your room. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting manchester!.

This hotel is highly recommended. Everything in my studio room is fantastic, very spotless and spotlessly clean. All facilities include a dishwasher and utensils that you can even prepare your own meal. The tv is at least 50, and the bed is quite comfortable. A coffee maker that is simple to use and has dozens of hot and cold options for breakfast. From the receptionist to the dining staff, especially sandi and Nikki, who were really polite and concerned that i had enjoyed my breakfast and stay, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

I would suggest this place to anyone, and i will undoubtedly stay here again. Wayne was fantastic, so friendly and approachable. He was able to assist me with anything ive needed about the hotel and its location. The hotel is modern and spotless, which ill definitely recommend it to others. Piccadilly in manhattan is only a short stroll away.

Aman, a very kind young man, welcomed me at the front desk. He mentioned that this was his first week, and i am extremely pleased with the service he provided. I always have savoring my stay at marriott, which ive heartily suggested! It was really simple for me to extend my visit by three hours, unlike other companies. Without denying, the staff is friendly. Had enlightening conversations with amiable accomodatio and even recommended mr. Chans restaurant in hampton, something my husband loved. Even though my spouse is enrolled in titanium, my partner still considered it to be his favorite stay, so props to you guys and continue doing what you do.

I reserved a room at the queen studio for four nights. The room is quite cozy and appears to be brand new. However, the blanket was quite this, making me feel cold every night. I wish i could have purchased an additional bed cover. Service is excellent. Staff members are friendly. Breakfast is adequate. Bread, beans, bottled coffee, and tea. One thing ive noticed is that the room wasnt cleaned daily. But that doesnt bother me. It is merely ten minutes walk from the piccadilly garden area. There is some construction going on nearby, but it doesn't disturb me at all. Additionally, it is close to aldi and mands outlet.

I couldnt have been happier with my stay at this residence inn. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I also want to recognize yash who attended to us during breakfast who was very polite. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant experience.

A remarkable hotel that has undergone a remarkable conversion and is incredibly charismatic. I adore the arrangement of the living room and kitchenette. Highquality accommodations! Breakfast, which includes i bring my own for this very reason, although the toaster works. Sigh. There arent many things to praise about this lovely hotel, and ive got resounding plans to stay here again.

We will stay at this hotel again. Had reserved a double room for two nights, arrived on monday and was greeted by lin, who was kind and friendly, and gave us sa free upgrade to tastier room. This was my partner and is christmas vacation. It really got things off to an amazing start, which we ultimately had incredibly good time.

I will be staying here every time i visit manhattan. Fantastic hotel! As an american traveling around the country, ive been very happy to find a residence inn abroad. This hotel was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the studio room had oodles of space, something uncommon in english! If you are lucky enough to check in while patrick is at the desk, youll have remembrance! Patrick was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, efficient. I hope to see him again next time.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by a great, welcoming reception during my recent stay, and i must say that the professionalism and warmth of the staff truly enhanced my experience. Amans impeccable customer service skills and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome from the moment ive arrived. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort did not go unnoticed. Im already looking forward to my next visit in five months and cant wait to be greeted by his friendly manner once more. The entire crew really made my stay enjoyable, the rest of our receptionists and staff were very friendly.

I had a pleasant stay overall and would recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, spacious rooms, and convenient location. This was my second time staying at this motel, but i have to say that everything has improved since my last visit. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, especially the front desk staff named wawen and lin. As tastier member, he was upgraded to the largest suite, which was incredibly surprising. It is now my preferred choice whenever ive been to manchester because of its welcoming atmosphere. I really liked how room was large and had modern decor. My needs were also met by the hotels location, making it convenient for me. However, the cleanliness was the only minor drawback. Although it wasnt terrible, there were some tiny hairs stuck on the bedsheets, though it could have been better. Even though ill had access to faster wifi, im still aware that speed could be improved.

The staff, especially wreyan, were amazing. The rooms are immaculate. Big tv. There is no issue with the kitchen. Luxurious bathroom. Ill request a room with sanitizer the next time. It felt like i was in pristine condition. All the breakfast staff are friendly and attentive. By far the best hotel ive ever been to. Well done to the managers.

My partner and i stayed for two nights for the blink 182 concert in manchester. We had a beautiful queen studio on the 11th floor, which had amazing views of the Manchester skyline both during the day and the night. It was lovely and quiet, the bed was ridiculously comfortable and made getting out of it difficult. The room was clean, spacious, and modern overall. No complaints about any of our stays and found the staff to be polite and helpful throughout. Breakfast was also particularly good, with lots of options including pastries. Hotel location was perfect, close enough to everything without being on top of all the noise and crowds. I will definitely stay at the residence inn by marriot again in the future. I dont usually write reviews, but i had to come here and write one because ive been very nervous for my parents to go abroad and stay in manchester because they were quite unprepared before traveling. I am so grateful to the Marriott residence inn staff for welcoming my children and easing my worries as they informed me of how much the staff helped them during their stay within the uk. The gentleman, who he claims was named aman, upgraded my grandparents room it was absolutely beautiful, and when they videotaped me showing me what they received, the smile on their faces completely broke my heart. They told me that on the last day when we parked their car outside the hotel, amiable aided them to put all of their heavy luggage in the trunk. Thank you, everyone, for making my familys experience at the residence hotels unforgettable. It can be scary for parents getting older and more fragile, yet it is wonderful to learn that there are still some genuine people in this world. He even suggested my kids try the restaurant fireflies, which they absolutely loved, so im really grateful for everything your staff has done to make my families stay as memorable as possible.

All the hotels in this area are great, and this one is now my favorite. The only problem is that if you have a rental car, there is parking available. It is available, but you must walk 3-5 minutes. Street parking is only available for 2 hours.

Great stay, but the fact that there was no checkin until 3 pm is a real bummer. The staff is excellent, especially amjad and Wayne. Also, they have delicious pizza made on site.

I frequently travel to manhattan and decided to try this new Marriott property, which turned out to be a fantastic stay. Brandnew, spotless rooms/ apartments with all the conveniences one might need. The spacious onebedroom balcony room makes for incredibly comfortable stays. Excellent location minutes from shopping, the nq, and the train station, as well as dozens of breakfast buffet options (soy, oat, almond milk options available, always perks). I was so impressed with the hotel that i extended my twoday trip to five days. Wayne, Vicki, or the woman in training at the front desk are among the hotels greatest assets. Thank you for your hospitality! Will undoubtedly return.

My boyfriend and i stayed at this hotel for a long weekend in manchester and loved it! The receptionist, whose name ive given me, was very friendly and helped us when we couldnt get our tv to work. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very accommodating. We will definitely be back here again.
