It was very well presented and clean at all times. The location is very close to the university, the bus station is close to the city center and the new forest, and the historic Winchester.

Clean apartment that will be great for eating in if you want to cook. I wouldn't be able to stay again because I need good blindscurtains blocking light in the morning as I can't sleep in a bright room so I really didn't sleep well at all which then impacts your energy on the days you plan out. Also surprised by the cords on the blinds just hanging because this could be a fatal accident for a very small child. It's an apartment so guests abovebelow etc can affect your stay, luckily my children didn't wake up with the noise in the evening coming from above so didn't totally ruin our stay there. On a few days there were parking problems due to other cars not parking correctly to allow more cars to fit where they should. White lines can be painted to make the spaces more clear. When staying somewhere, you usually get more free items. There was some soap washing up liquid, but we couldn't have coffee as soon as we arrived because there weren't any sachets similar to what you would get in a hotel room.

I thought it was adequate and fair for the money. We had room 6, I believe, and a floor in the front. Parking was adequate, but the road noise was a little pounding. Lots of space, 2 bathrooms, which were fantastic. Good storage space and a decent quantity of towels. Mattress Pillows were standard, but we wouldn't rate them highly. The dishwasher was a nice addition, but some instructions would be helpful. Unfortunately, the bed didn't fill the frame correctly, leaving a large gap at the end. The child lock on the window wasn't attached to anything, so any of the children could have fallen straight out. The main shower fixing wasn't attached to the wall and fell out several times it had been badly destroyed there was only one bin bag and one toilet roll in each bathroom overall, it was a good stay.

I chose this place because it was very convenient. It was for a two-night conference for my client. Very comfortable and perfect for my client, the first one loved the sofa so much! Ideal for my session, good value for money, and basic but with enough room to stretch out! Handy for larger stores opening late.
