Air conditioning worked great during a major heatwave.

An excellent location, close to King's Cross, the British Library and the British Museum, but on a quiet road. The room was small but had everything one would need for self-catering. The staff were great, always helpful. And there was air conditioning!! unexpected and much much appreciated during the recent heatwave. Definitely highly recommend!

Very good. I’d stay here again. The air conditioning was a godsend during the heatwave in London.

Walking distance to Kings Cross which was very handy for onward trips and using the tube. Accommodation was clean, rooms were on the small side as was the bathroom but it suited our needs for 2 nights. Would use again if back in London. Very happy to have air conditioning during the summer

エアコンが無いです。エレベーターも無いので、上の階だと辛いです。しかしキングスクロスから近いし、キッチンあるので毎回泊まってます。

We didn’t do any cooking and the air-conditioning was okay

Very close to both King’s Cross and Euston. Staff very responsive to things that weren’t quite right (air con, loo roll and dodgy door pass) and resolved things super quickly. Useful laundry room with ironing board. 24 hour reception that was really reassuring. Will definitely use again

Our stay was wonderful, our room was lovely and clean, the air conditioning and easy to operate thermostat were fantastic. The local amenities were as always, excellent. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. We’ve stayed here previously on a few occasions, and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Stay here loads and it’s always good - for the price I haven’t found anything better

The "flat" (really a bedsit, but a very nice bedsit) was comfortable and well equipped. The windows opened properly for ventilation and it was amazing to wake up to the sound of people playing tennis in the gardens outside and to see fully grown trees just outside the windows. The crescent where the accommodation is situated is very quiet, yet close to tube stations, the British Museum, UCL and many eateries.
