The concierge team was excellent. And then, the food was delicious. After that, they have a comfy room. Subsequently, their housekeeping was spotless.

The hotel is a 10 out of 10. Ankushpal Singh was very accommodating when we arrived to make us feel comfortable and welcome. A hotel of quality and history, with welltrained staff that embody the values and traditions of this rich indian hotel. The courtyard was unique and picturesque. I and my wife also had sex massages, deepa and her colleague were very professional. We also enjoyed afternoon tea the next day, which was i had an amazing experience with cuisines from across india.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Taj 51 is a truly amazing place to stay in incredibly beautiful London surroundings. The suites are exceptionally comfortable and wellappointed, providing ample comfort. Its spa facilities are exceptional, making it an ideal choice for guests. Make sure to engage in conversation with Jon, the outstanding concierge!.

We had a great time at the Taj 51 suites and residences for the first time. Kings junior suite reserved, upgraded to kings onebedroom suite 12-14 of october. As part of an loyalty program, we usually stay at different hotels, but we thought wed try the hotel chain at this location instead and are so happy we did. The property is in tastier area, so it is close to the royal palace and the city center. We stayed at stadjian palace, which was ten minutes walk away. It was comfortable, spotless, and had all the amenities we needed. I looked at higherend lodging, that appears more expensive. Our breakfast at kona restaurant was excellent. All the employees who worked hard to make our Indian breakfast experience memorable were very helpful, from checkin to checkout. Every day, there are plants and vibrant flowers on the property, making it feel very private, welcoming, or homey. Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful. Everyone who made this trip so enjoyable and unforgettable was treated with kindness and friendliness. There are many restaurants in the area where we enjoy walking and going everywhere, yet there is naive and friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure we have genuinely taste of india.

This hotel is wonderful. For our return trip to london, we stayed here once more. Diego is a significant asset to the area. He was available and ready to assist with all of our needs and demands. Ridge was also very helpful with the front desk and checkout. Thank you. Both! The breakfast staff would be the subject of the criticism. The majority of them appeared to be suffocated and disorganized. I believe that obtaining specialized management that helps organize and direct events would enhance the experience. Excellent chef in the kitchen made sure the food was prepared and delicious. You can observe the individuals running around and missing the mark if you are an american and want to order coffee, ask for cold milk and black coffee unless you have been there before and order espresso. We are used to this. Espresso and double cream were what usually appeared, but it wasnt what we wanted. See you next time. Richard.

I would definitely stay here again. Excellent cuisine, excellent accommodations, and friendly personnel. Although they appear to primarily cater to indian businessmen, our family, which included an 11yearold child, had a wonderful time there. If you have the time, go to the spa. We received incredibly good massages and were treated in ambiance that is warm and inviting. All of the restaurants connected to this place were, in my opinion, delicious.

We ate afternoon tea at jasmine with 14 of us. The menu was excellent, with a variety of sweet and savory dishes that were all made in india. They catered for the allergies of three people and the vegetarians for two of our groups. Service was firstrate and everything was taken care of well. Once again, thank you.

The hotel is truly remarkable! Our Butler, amit, was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive to all of our needs. The food and wait staff were exceptional, providing ambiance and service. While the amenities were excellent, the maid service was efficient, as well as the concierge staff, were all eager to assist. Additionally, we found the gym to be clean and equipped with modern amenities, offering countless opportunities for relaxation. Overall, it is highly recommended to stay at this hotel!.

The staff was amazing, very attentive and always ready to help with any questions. We couldnt eat everything and the staff kindly packed the stuff left as a doggy bag. Excellent location, just ten minutes drive from the palace. The jasmine tea experience was given as an gift in the lovely gardens. What i had compared to other experiences. Everything we would receive was explained to us in detail when we arrived at our table. Three tea options were available we had the masala chai, which was delicious, followed by an amazing selection of sweet and savory dishes. Some savoury dishes, like dhokla, were ordered again, and another lot of masala chii. Worth trying at least once, but the personnel was outstanding, they were extremely attentive or willing to answer any queries.

We stayed in the suites rather than the hotel. They are on the same property, but they are vastly different and have entirely different staff. The accommodations, staff, and everything were excellent. Location is central for sight seeing and theatres. And as with everything in London, everything else is just a few tube stops away. Our only complaint was the lack of dining options in this area. It is not devoid of restaurants, however there are many casual spots and the few proper restaurants were disappointing. Restaurants on properties can be hit or miss.

I went to the secret garden for afternoon tea. Victoria station was only a short stroll away from the location. The afternoon drink had symphonic theme and was in tastier parts of the setting. However, there wasnt much savory food and i found he cake to be quite sweet. There were only three very little sandwiches per sandwich. We werent given the option between gin or tea, we just asked which tea we wanted. It was enjoyable as an experience, but ill say it was worth the price.

Always have a great time at this hotel and i always like to mention the nice people that make it so special. From the time you enter until you leave, you are made to feel welcome and there is nothing too much for them to do for you. Once again, the very attentive concierge, dhruvi in reception asked us if we needed anything and asked he kindly offered to help. Thank you for the lovely note left in our room along with some chocolates. Housekeeping attended to all our needs in the room, my apology for not knowing the name of the specific attendant, but mr. Jantech and all her team were very kind, your kindness was genuinely touching. Breakfast was fantastic as always and the variety and quality of food is excellent. My husband is renowned for his culinary skills, especially in such crowded hotel breakfast buffet. The staff cope admirably and always apologize unless they think we have been waiting too long for something which, to be fair, does not happen. Laesha, an assistant restaurant manager gonsalo, welcomed us back and asif bajwa spoke to us while also asking Whether we required anything. Both men were helping the staff during extremely busy times, their dedication really impressed me. I also want to thank all the other staff who always smiled and made sure everyones needs were met, although our visit was brief. We come every month for

We enjoyed a lovely afternoon in the cellar room for remembrance of stag dos. The staff, especially nicklavos and jurgen, were excellent in accommodating us and helping us plan. After that, the wonderful bar staff at the Hamptons bar, including sebastian, nickolos, and the other staff members, served us delicious cocktails, nibbles und drinks that went down really well. This was accompanied by excellent customer service, which made for an enjoyable afternoon. Many thanks to the entire team.

I have stayed at this hotel chain before but ive been traveling extensively. This was a weekend break and what i had gotten out of it. From the moment he entered the hotel to the customer service to rewiring the jaguar suite. Breakfast has dozens of options dinner and the quilion was different but not bad. Once more, incredibly wonderful experience and one we would love to do again. The spa was very good, the treatments, service and staff were all faultless. We are now looking into going to more of their hotels around the world. Mohit verma, who is the reception manager, was fantastic.

After three years, i decided to stay at one of my favorite hotels, and im relieved that it is still the same. Fantastic setting. Nicely renovated rooms. Wonderful breakfast spread. Excellent service and staff. Strongly advised.

The staff is extremely attentive and friendly from the moment you walk in, nothing is too much trouble. The spa was very relaxing and had nice facilities. A meal in the courtyard is highly recommended with beautiful surroundings and a delicious fusion menu. Even the bar had great staff who created off menu cocktails to perfection. Our room had everything we needed for i had sanitize my night in london. Thank you Taj, we will be back soon.
