The place is very affordable. The room is very nice and the bed very comfortable. The view is very stunning. And then the service here is very good.

Beautifully located on a farm around 7 miles out of Scarborough with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. The cottage was immaculate and very well presented, with excellent amenities. It was very useful having a play area for our children, who also enjoyed playing with the owners' dogs ! Having a cafe / restaurant on site was also extremely useful. Would definitely book again !

We stayed in a pet friendly room on the ground floor with a door leading directly outside. Very comfy bed, beautiful and warm room, walk in shower. Food very nice. Breakfast needs to be ordered the night before and there is a pet friendly dining area. Dinners were delicious cooked by the chefs. A different from usual pub food.

We were very comfortable in our room and warm when we got there. The decor of the whole place is nice and the same high quality room is provided. The bed was so comfortable that it was one of the best nights sleep I have had in a long time. To top it off, we had a beautiful view of the fields when we awoke.

We could not wait to stay here after being suckered in a hotel the previous night. We knew we would not be let down the minute we arrived in the restaurant. Luckily, the room was ready when we arrived, and we couldnt wait to see it. We were in awe as soon as we entered the room! The carpet was soft and spotless, and the bed was massive. I particularly appreciated the window seat that overlooked the fields animals. This time, we had tea, and it was fantastic. The portions were adequate, and the food was undoubtedly of a high caliber. We had brunch, which we had already reserved the night before because we clearly had the night before. Once more, the food was outstanding and the presentation was superb. We enjoyed the continental option as well. I'll undoubtedly return and would unquestionably do so.

What a fantastic location to stay. I visited in December 2022 with my daughter and granddaughter. The staff is really friendly. The room is amazing and spotless, the food here is very good, both for dinner and breakfast. The room cleanliness is also very good. We will stay here again.

Lovely family break, in a beautiful location. Only drawback is that the restaurant is shut over Winter and I didn't see this mentioned on the website.
