Great location very clean and comfortable for the price I would stay again but ensure you have the access code before you travel as they are not the fastest at getting back to you Thanks Eddie

Generally good. Process to check in is terrible. Too many steps and we thought we are going to sleep on the street in a foreign country when we are in fact already paid for the booking. All email communication went into spam mails. Nice apartments. Live come again if visit Oxford

The location was excellent and the size of the unit was good. The beds were comfortable and the cost for the area was very good. The following were areas of concern. The front entrance at the street level was consistently being left unlocked and on some occasions was being propped wide open with a fire extinguisher. It's in a very busy location above a brassiere and they like to run the ventilation system all night and it tends to vibrate most of unit. They also throw out their garbage and glass recycling at about 1:00am and if your sleeping in the bedroom at the rear be prepared to be awoken. One of the two sofas is broken. The cleanliness in the kitchen needs improvement ie. Stove top needs a good cleaning. The hot water pressure flows very low therefore making it difficult cleaning the dishes. Generally the place needs an overhaul to match the on line photos.

I booked this apartment as I came to Oxford for a business trip but decided to take my family as well with me. I send a message to say if would be possible to leave the luggage in the building as i had to work but the answer was no, which is fine, then it took long time for me to get me the information of how to get the key as I need to send my id pictures and holding Ids, which is fine again but I had to send the same emails 4 times as they could not see the attachment (?). Once I received the info of how to get the key I send them to my wife as I was still working. On the key holder box it stated A, B and C and on the apartment it was number 1 2 and 3, which could be confusing and in fact the key would not open the apartment assign. My wife made multiple calls which she was put on hold for very long time. By the time I finished work and reach the apartment it was 17:30 and my family was still outside...unacceptable. When I looked at the box somehow a new keys appear, which was not communicated to my wife and by 18:00 we could enter. I spoke with a lady on a phone, registered in London, that I was not happy and they need to take action about what has happen. The apartment we stayed in was number 2/B and has 2 bedroom, the one next to the bathroom was super noisy from the extraction fan that is on the roof and was really difficult to sleep. On the check out day the cleaning team enter the room at 10:20 am, when the check out is at 11.
