Apartment was fab! Such a good find in city centre. Could maybe do with AC as when it gets hot you have to keep windows open overnight which can be loud but that’s not the apartments fault !

Great location right in the heart of Liverpool, Perfect for two families with one kid or two couples. Very clean, comfortable and secure. Also comes with a lift to the ground floor which the elder members of my family found very useful. Great communication with host. Very easy forms to complete, entry information delivered in plenty of time. I'd definitely use EPIC and the apartment again.

We had a great stay at your property. The room set up was great with our two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the entry level so we didn’t have to carry luggage down stairs. The lower level has a kitchen, living area and half bath room. We were confused at initial entry as a block from our place also has an Epic sign. We called and got assistance in directing us to the right location. In B leaving to explore Liverpool, our door wouldn’t lock. We called and maintenance came right away to fix our door.we requested a third towel for three people as we were short and they brought it with maintenance. The heat is off when you arrive but it is easy to turn on. The place was roomy, great location, quiet, comfy beds, nice having 2 full bathrooms..

Very spacious and modern property. Rooms were very clean and the apartment had everything you need. There is an ironing board but no iron so would advise to take a travel iron. Shops and restaurants very near by. Perfect location right near James Street station.

A acomodação é maravilhosa, tal como descrito. Localização ótima. Perfeita para grupos. Ponto negativo para o elevador que não estava funcionando e não consertaram durante 4 dias de estadia. Tivemos que descer várias malas por uma escada antiga e perigosa.

Good location, great apartment but toilet upstairs had a scary floor like there where hole's in it and leaky shower in that bathroom but otherwise everything perfect

Perfect location only a 5 minute walk to the city centre. Apartment was lovely and well equipped. The only gripe i would have is the postcode sends you to its sister hotel just up the road and i had to phone for directions and it was solved very quickly. Overall i would recommend it to anyone and i will stay again when I go back to Liverpool.

Excellent stay. Perfect location and so easy to contact EPIC with any queries. We were upgraded from a 2 bed apartment to a 4 bed apartment, perfect for our hen party. Apartment was spotless and very comfy beds. Couldn’t have asked for anything better! Will definitely be returning in the future 👍

Great apartment, everything was spotless. It was quiet even with the road outside. Plenty of space and the beds were comdy. Just a couple of things like the heating in the upstairs bedroom wouldn't turn on and the TV remote was out of battery, but I'm sure they'll be fixed, Other than that it was perfect.
