I booked the place for my family mini getaway. They were very happy with the location, the apartment is big. Tesco just across the road and most important, they felt safe.

This apartment was in a good location close to the train station ( probably the best way to visit Edinburgh as this does not come with a parking space ). It is clear that the owners are making an effort to improve the cosmetic appearance of this flat and to be fair is not bad for the price ( you can always find faults if that is what you focus on looking for).

Appart from it not being clearly specified how to get in the building so I stood there for 3 minutes, the apartment was very neatly arranged, cozy and relaxing. I had a very nice stay and will recommend it to friends. Great for location and there is a Tesco right next to it.

When we arrived we couldn’t get in as someone was already in the property. Spoke to Nicki who sorted it quickly and even took the time to bring us an extra towel. The property is conveniently located but is in need of some TLC. Not much to sort it out. The shower is terrible either too hot or too cold

We liked the location close to Royal Mile and Arthur's Seat also the apartment was roomy. But the property wasn't maintained well, the bathroom sink was cracked, and some leak of water in the hallway. In general, the building wasn't in a good condition.

Appartement très bien situé à quelques minutes à pieds du centre ville. 2 lits doubles et 2 canapés. Une supérette juste en face. Cuisine propre et fonctionnelle.Résidence sécurisée. 2 ème étage sans ascenseur. Problème de pression d'eau dans la salle de bain et quelques travaux de rafraichissement nécessaires pour rendre l'appartement encore plus agréable.

No fitted sheet. Towel has red stain. Couch cushion has a hole. Wet spot outside the bathroom. The kettle has leakage. Nice location for the palace, but you need to take taxi to go back to the train station as it is the lower area. Difficult to take buses. You have the climb up the hill for ten minutes to reach bus stop. Very unfriendly staff and difficult to reach. It does not let me to early check in even though I am willing to pay more. Very confusion check-in instruction.

Great location for central Edinburgh. Stayed for three nights nd have stayed before. Good general facilities but no shower (tube shower attached to taps over bath don’t really work). Good value for an apartment with the self catering facilities compared to a hotel room.

Inizialmente abbiamo avuto dei problemi nel trovare l'appartamento perchè c'erano dei ponteggi e non era molto evidente, poi abbiamo contattato il proprietario che con un sms dettagliato ci ha spiegato la collocazione, dove prendere le chiavi e come entrare. Non abbiamo conosciuto personalmente il proprietario ma nell'appartamento ci sono per iscritto tutte le indicazioni per i riscaldamenti, wifi e quant'altro. L'appartamento è composto da 2 camere: una abbastanza grande matrimoniale con culla, l'altra è un salottino con un letto singolo, due poltrone tv e tavolino. Poi c'è una cucina attrezzata ed il bagno. la casa è arredata con mobili nuovi, molto luminosa ed affaccia su Holyrood road una via principale fornita di tutto da supermercati a pub a bar per la colazione e una fermata bus. Noi eravamo in tre e ci siamo trovati molto bene! Devo dire che il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo rispetto allo standard da noi sperimentato in altre città scozzesi. Lo consiglio!

Me and my friend spent one night at this apartment which was really great, loved the location, property was clean and well-equipped however we would have appreciated some other bits and pieces (e.g. soap..), lucky enough there is a Tesco Express on the other side of the road that has made our life way easier.. :))) But there is a big problem with the shower as you can't use the shower head due to the broken hose and really poor water pressure. Was such a bad experience, would worth to get it fixed!!! Overall, we did really enjoy our stay, Edinburgh is just AMAZING, was love at first sight, will defo come back - hopefully soon. :) And we were so lucky with the weather, had a bright sunny weekend, thank you Edinburgh!! ^^

Wir waren eine Nacht hier. Das Appartment ist etwas schwer zu finden. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind , mit etwas Glück, hinter dem Haus. Die Lage ist ideal. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt gegenüber. Die kleine Wohnung hat alles , was man braucht ( Handtücher, Geschirr, Besteck ) , ist aber stark renovierungsbedürftig und müsste dringend geputzt werden. Persönlichen Kontakt hatten wir keinen.

Väldigt nära till The Royal Mile, tog kanske 15 min att gå. Åt andra hållet hade vi med lika kort avstånd Arther Seat. Mataffär precis utanför och restauranger och pubar. Perfekt storlek på lägenheten för 2 stycken och funkar garanterat lika bra för större resesällskap. Bättre än på bilderna :) Helt klart nöjda och skulle kunna hyra samma ställe igen :)

The shower and toilet flushing are concerned. Water flow is slow and little, therefore taking bath was timely and uncomfortable. Also the toilet flush is difficult to use, the old type handle is jammed and hard to turn

Hyvä sijainti ajatellen keskeisiä nähtävyyksiä ja ruokapaikkoja. Mukavat ja lämpimät peitot. Majoittaja ystävällisesti reagoi ja laittoi oikean määrän vuoteita, koska ilmeisesti tieto ei ollut mennyt majoittuvien määrästä oikein. Huonoa sen sijaan oli rikkinäinen ikkunan sulkija ja puutteelliset ohjeet miten toimia sen kanssa. Samoin WC :n vetäminen oli haastavaa. Ensin luulimme ettei se toimi ollenkaan, majoittaja ohjeisti asiassa kun tästä ilmoitimme. Samoin huomautuksen voisi antaa ruuantekovälineistä, ne oli vanhoja naarmuilla , erityisesti paistinpannu. Samoin yksi keittiön laatikko oli ruuvattu kiinni, mutta se ei pysynyt niillä ruuveilla kiinni.
