Room was clean when we arrived. Bed was comfortable. We were given the family apartment which had a bunk bed in the bedroom in addition to the queen which made it crowded. living area was comfortable and location was convenient to grocery, restaurants and shopping. Check in is not at the apartment which was unexpected. Apartment location is its best feature.

A hidden gem. Parking was an issue but a perfect spot for everything we wanted to do

Very nice place that felt like home immediately. We rebooked twice to stay in Inverness longer.

Good position and very clean. Didn’t like that after carrying very heavy bag I arrived at the address only to see a sign on the door stating that key needed to be collected from another location a couple of streets away, and not even directions given.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and attractive. The people at check in were very friendly and helpful. Only problem is we were not told the address of the office is different from the apartment's address. The door was locked and we had to call for directions a couple blocks away to check in and get keys. Except for that everything was great. Loved the location too.

An excellent place to stay! The only issue is parking is about four blocks away in a parking garage. And, you have to go to a different place to get your key. The apartments are a nice size, clean, plenty of amenities, and in a great location!

The only extra thing that would of been nice was a bath but other than that you couldn’t of asked for anything more,

We stayed in the apartments and had two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a common area. It had the potential to be incredibly nice. Keep in mind that the building is in the bar district, so you will get a little noise from that. It was like visiting your old friend’s house, it was just surface clean. Dust bunnies under the beds, sticky floor (probably a cleaner residue), mold in a shower. I cracked up at the vase of dead flowers on top of the stove. We were missing a toilet seat, one shower door rail was broken and all the dining chair legs were loose. Luckily, my husband noticed before we sat on them and did more damage. The beds were hard, but the bedding was clean, the bathroom utilities were mostly clean and there are towel warmers. The area was very walkable with an Tesco around the corner and the price was right.

Room and apartment ok but lots of noise on street and felt cleanliness could be better. Also you have to walk round the corner to check in and get the key which is difficult to operate for the front door

The apartment was not perfect, but clean & comfortable. In the City centre, but not noisy at all, but it was midweek.

Close to the city centre, but that comes with the noises of being in earshot of the bars. If you want to party you have it all around this stay.

Robert was a lovely host, very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed having the extra space to relax. Street noise can be a bit loud, but the location is great! Host also provided ear plugs for the noise.

Ideal location within city centre being close to all amenities. Great room which was clean and fresh and newly decorated. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a central location as a fine base for your stay

Overall I was happy with the apartment especially as I got there early and I was given keys early which I was very grateful for. The only thing disappointing was the parking situation but room was nice and clean not the same picture that was shown but was still a nice room.
